Food is getting way too expensive. I spent $20 for 2 large French fries ($5.00+ each) and 2 value menus chicken sandwiches ($3.19 ea) plus tax. That’s ridiculous chicken is cheap and the farm chicken sandwich was cheaper than the French fries??!! They are potato’s. I could buy a full bag (@10 #)for close to $5.00. Yes I would have to cook them myself but that’s just too much for French fries.

Complain all you want about the fast food minimum wage going up, but I can say that since it's been in effect, the lazy employees don't exist there anymore, and i appreciate how attentive they are.

Fries were barely warm food definitely wasn't fresh order was wrong. Sad people don't take pride in there work even if it is McDonald's. We do help pay there wages.

Got the breakfast sandwich it was good hot and fresh customer service drive-thru lady seems to have an attitude even when I came last week same lady doesn't say bye thank you have a nice day hello rude she seems like she's always mad and upset same time around 7:10 a.m. should have somebody working at the window that's better than her she acts like she don't like her job and this isn't the first time she's been at the window I will probably go to the other one across town

Came here to get food with my significant other and the lady that took our order kept messing up. Which we didn’t care because she was probably new and trying to get more comfortable with the pos. We thought it was pretty silly and laughed it off with her, she read back our order and we told her it wasn’t what we wanted she “fixed” the order. When we pulled up to the second window the second older lady at the window was rude. She handed us our food and we had told her that it wasn’t what we had asked for, I wasn’t going to compliant because I didn’t mind, but she started giving us attitude and being rude claiming that everything was right, didn’t even check the bag or anything forcing us to just take the food leave. We drove off and checked and our food was still wrong. Mind you she was mad at us even though the girl that took our order was the person that got it wrong, also I had worked at McDonald’s before and when your on the headset you can hear the other person on the headset as well. So she could clearly hear the girl messing up on the order.
Went through the drive through, getting our order taken was a bit of an ordeal which we assumed was because they were training someone new which was okay. We got to the first window and 2 things they said were on our order were incorrect so we corrected them and paid. BUT we got to the second window and the order was wrong AGAIN so we let them know so we could get the right order. For doing so older woman was very rude to us and attempted to blame US for our order being wrong. AND they tried to force us to take the INCORRECT order without fixing it. When we finally were able to get the “Mostly” right order I confirmed that the sauce was in there. They said it was as they just put it in there. It was not. And I never got my water either
Furthermore, when we asked for a change at the first window due to an allergy the lady at the 2nd window tried to say we didn’t know what the allergy really was because it was something similar.
Needless to say, terrible customer service and by the time we got everything “fixed” our food was cold anyway.

Typically I like this McDonald’s, But the last few times it’s been weird. Even today, the manager on shift said to another employee, it’s not required for McDonald’s in California to have hand sanitizer when I just asked if they had any. The self serves are covered in all “types” of germs. Humans aren’t the cleanest. The hand sanitizers are out and she basically insinuated to have my own on hand.
