I'm not sure what's happened at this McDonald's but it used to be my favorite place to go. Now it seems like anytime you go whether there's one person or five it takes forever to get through the drive-thru. In addition the staff they aren't trained to be nice to people so they're not very nice at the window and they seem like they're put off by my order now. I've given them several attempts but every time something's wrong.
First time having burgers at McDonald. We ordered quarter pound burgers and we loved it despite our expectation. I am a burger lover by the way!

I only buy coffee there but I’m always do struck at how they are removing the human element from their experience. It’s almost impossible to walk up to the counter and ask a question because no one is there. Now, the windows have a covering on them so u can’t see in. I’d say in 10 years, it will be all robotized & we’re being eased into the shock. ..

This is one of the busiest McDonald’s in Redding. They have the greatest manners. The guy was so pleasant that it just made me smile. And there was a girl in there too. He is lovely. I think you guys do a great job. Kudos.

What happened to the hamburger patty? It wasn’t hardly any meat on it. Sorry but Mcdonald’s needs to step up their game. If you’re going to raise the prices at least make the quality of food much better than this. Next time I’ll bypass your restaurants.

Food is getting way too expensive. I spent $20 for 2 large French fries ($5.00+ each) and 2 value menus chicken sandwiches ($3.19 ea) plus tax. That’s ridiculous chicken is cheap and the farm chicken sandwich was cheaper than the French fries??!! They are potato’s. I could buy a full bag (@10 #)for close to $5.00. Yes I would have to cook them myself but that’s just too much for French fries.
