Best qtr pounder I’ve had! Honestly, it was so good I had to grab another, and it was just as bomb! I got it with no ketchup, no onions, extra mustard, extra pickles. This burger didn’t just hit the spot, it demolished it. Respect to the grill master. Credit where credit is definitely due.

The closing workers tonight were so nice to us. The rewards app was being confusing but they were chill and really hooked me up with my ice cream cone. Made it extra big and gave me a cup to put it and a spoon without me having to ask. I appreciate their kindness.

Forgot part of my order and then we i tried to call there phone was not working so I went inside and the girl at the counter called me a liar and told me I could of picked up the receipt off the ground, so I showed her my bank statement and she still called me a liar, like how dare you sit there and called me a liar but mama not everyone steals. This was at 801 east cypress Ave redding, CA 96002

This place is hit or miss as far as food quality and customer service but I notice a couple ladies who really go out of their way with kindness, one of the ladies is Jodi, thank you to those at this location who take the time to care for their customers so well!! 🙌
At this store, I found three hairs in one large fry (personally, I don't really care, tbh I'm just posting because I'm bored), but if you're craving McDonald's. I suggest you get the mcdonald's app because you can get one free large fry with the order over $1. I got a five dollar meal deal, It comes with four chicken nuts, small fry, spicy mcchicken, and a small slushy (Upgrading it to a slushy cost $1.) All of that costs around $6. So I would go to a different different McDonald's in order this if you're craving McDonald's.

Man the food is always awesome here and that is why I go. I tried to head in tonight at 9:20pm and the Lobby was closed. Staff member walked out and was like the Lobby is closed drive through only. Hours say 6-11pm. I get you wanna close up early or clean up but change your hours then. I didn’t even get any food and went to another Mc Donald’s and there lobby was open no issues.

The new owners of this store are running it into the ground..always short staffed…they don’t bring back past items like the mc rib like other McDonald’s did… some of the employees dress like they are not at work.. big baggy clothes and no shoes…food is never hot anymore…
