The location isn't super great and they seemed a little disorganized. My oat milk coffee was mediocre. Very small menu (only 3 options) and no fresh baked goods to choose from. I hear they are still working on the place so I will try it again in a few months to see if they have improved!

Excellent cappucino, the waffle though maybe a little pricy was very delicious and very filling, so was in fact worth the price. The friendly staff add to the warmth in the esthetically pleasing atmosphere. Will definitely come again, and definitely recommend.

This place seems to be a local favorite, I only went inside but did not order anyting because I didn't stay long. All the food looked great and no complaints about the coffee. The atmosphere was very nice inviting and warm. Hope to visit soon and try some of the food and coffee.

Their food is pretty good. I love how they use seasonal ingredients. But I have mixed feelings about this place. First couple times was great. In the last couple times we visited people working and serving were kind of "blah". Kind of strange. Lack of warmth and overall customer care.

We have mixed result from last three times of visits. The very first time, we had wonderful waffle and macha latte in-house milk. However, we were disappointed in the taste of latte. It was very grainy as if it wasn't shaked right or something. Pros: great atmosphere, excellent ingredients, delicious waffles! Cons: consistency in flavor.
