Manhattan noir (their specialty with a rendered fat ), taste like drinking a heavy fattened beverage with tones of lingering grease). Order a normal black manhattan instead!!!!

The taco trio and pairing with Farmer's Brewry (Mexican Valle)(?) was a good beer. The Rep from Farmer's was personable and engaging. Our seat by the fireplace made it extra special and our waiter (Aspen) was very good.
Food was below normal standards this time. I know it is a busy time of year; however it is also important to keep up your quality and standards at all times. This will not keep us from coming back; however we were disappointed in 1/2 the meals served.
Food was good. The wine selection was minimal and not very dynamic. The service was great.
We had dinner at Mosaic while staying at the Sheraton to see the holiday light show. Food (burgers and pizzas) was tasty enough but service misses (got order our order wrong, some plates were cold, long wait for the food, clearly understaffed) mean that I would probably not come back. It was popular and expensive, so I'm not sure why the owners can't seem to staff it properly. The staff there was working hard and running around a lot, but you could tell they were stressed out. For example, at the end of our meal, our server said "sorry I couldn't be over here (at our table) more tonight"
My first visit to Mosaic was a mixed bag. I mad a reservation for two for Sunday brunch at 10:30. When I walked in, there was no hostess present. No big deal, happens and most everyone is short staffed these days. What was a bit interesting was that I was passed by two servers, one to which I said hello. I was ignored by the one I said hello to and he looked as though it was the most miserable day of his life. I have worked food service, I totally get how hard it can be, but I also know that if someone is standing there waiting to be seated and politely says hello, the very least they should have been trained to do is respond and ask if the hostess had been with me yet. This guy looked as though he hated every person that walked in the door. The other server walked by and mumbled something about finding the hostess, which he did eventually do for me. Our server, Erin, was great and she took good care of us. The food was quite tasty and I felt a good value. The restaurant is nice inside and I would return. But that first impression was not one I would want for a quest if it were my restaurant.
Extremely loud atmosphere, stupid and rude waiters, the pizza had oil poured on top. For two pizzas and one kids meal it was $70. I wouldn't eat here-if I were you... You've been warned.
The atmosphere is friendly, upbeat and the servers are sincere and attentive, The restaurant and its surroundings are beautiful too. It was a lovely Sunday brunch, the Salmon Cake Benedict with arugula and hollandaise sauce with very yummy breakfast potatoes is a hit! I appreciate the poached eggs a top the salmon cake patty without the unnecessary English muffin! I am able to enjoy my potatoes much better that way! My husband had an omelet also delicious and not overcooked with the yummy breakfast potatoes. My Espresso Martini good too! Lunch & dinner have been great experiences also!
Our food took an hour to get and was mediocre at best. Incredibly overpriced. $37 for a tiny piece of salmon and 4 baby potatoes, no veggies. The $25 pizza was not as good as other places that are half the price. Will not be returning.
Our waitress was awesome. But it took a very long time to get our food. The food wasn't all that for the price. The restaurant is nice.

We love to stop here with our dog on our way to/from LA and Seattle. We have visited when it was over 90 degrees yet it was still comfortable in the shade on the patio. This time there was a light rain and we were seated under the roof overhang. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. There are even two doggie bowl choices for our pup. We'll definitely be back on our next road trip!
We sat on the patio, which was pleasant. Two of our dishes were outstanding; two were average. Server failed to bring a second glass of wine when requested but comped the dessert as an apology. So all in all reasonably good
We were seated on the patio and it was a beautiful setting. The pizza, Brussels sprouts and Caesar salad were all delicious. The server Aspin was very friendly and accommodating.
Great dinner and nice shareable portions. We split a Cesar salad, split the garlic fries and shared a very large classic pizza. The crust was the best quality GF cauliflower crust we ever had. The only small negative, was the bottom of thr crust needed more time in the oven. The top was browned to perfection. Our server Colby was terrific and a true asset to Mosaic. We will certainly return when we visit Redding next time.
We have eaten here a few times. We come from out of town to see our daughter and enjoy taking her to a nice restaurant. This is now the second time that there has been out of control small children directly next to us. It's so bad it's to the point that we can't hear each other speaking, and yesterday the kids were literally throwing cups of water that hit the floor under our feet. At no time was that table addressed by the staff. On the food side, my steak was incredibly rare, as was my daughter's and we asked for medium. We paid the amount of an “expensive” restaurant, and got the surrounding feel of a Denny's. I'm sorry, but after two similar experiences we may not be back. Sad.
