The taco trio and pairing with Farmer's Brewry (Mexican Valle)(?) was a good beer. The Rep from Farmer's was personable and engaging. Our seat by the fireplace made it extra special and our waiter (Aspen) was very good.
Food was below normal standards this time. I know it is a busy time of year; however it is also important to keep up your quality and standards at all times. This will not keep us from coming back; however we were disappointed in 1/2 the meals served.
My first visit to Mosaic was a mixed bag. I mad a reservation for two for Sunday brunch at 10:30. When I walked in, there was no hostess present. No big deal, happens and most everyone is short staffed these days. What was a bit interesting was that I was passed by two servers, one to which I said hello.
