According to our server, the “bistro steak salad” I ordered is a tougher cut of meat that will be much less chewy if it's cooked rare or medium rare. So I ordered it medium rare and it came to me well done, dry and chewy. My husband's pork chop was huge. it was also well done and dry. The flavors of our dishes were good. The wines we ordered by the glass were good. All this and the prices charged for the food influenced me to give the dining experience 3 stars.
We went as a party of 4 pre-Mother's Day. Reservations indicated a full house, but half the tables were still open. Food was OK except way over salted on one item. They quickly produced another, which was fine. The ambiance was great; the only issue was the AC fan was very cold.
Mosaic is a quality environment with beautiful natural views and direct access to the Sundial Bridge, River Trail, Little Animal Zoo, and kid play areas. It’s a true piece of American class and elegance—complete with a cozy fireplace, a wide selection of IPA craft beers, top-shelf liquors, and an amazing staff that truly cares.
