My first visit to Mosaic was a mixed bag. I mad a reservation for two for Sunday brunch at 10:30. When I walked in, there was no hostess present. The atmosphere is friendly, upbeat and the servers are sincere and attentive, The restaurant and its surroundings are beautiful too. It was a lovely Sunday brunch, the Salmon Cake Benedict with arugula and hollandaise sauce with very yummy breakfast potatoes is a hit! We love to stop here with our dog on our way to/from LA and Seattle. We have visited when it was over 90 degrees yet it was still comfortable in the shade on the patio. This time there was a light rain and we were seated under the roof overhang. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the food is delicious. There are even two doggie bowl choices for our pup. We'll definitely be back on our next road trip!
