I just have to take a moment to give the biggest THANK YOU to the amazing team at the Redding Outback Steakhouse. We celebrated my birthday there, and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had dining out as a family.
We have a loved one with a severe, life-threatening dairy allergy one that has previously resulted in medically induced comas so eating out is something we almost never do. But from the moment we arrived, the staff and managers went above and beyond to ensure his safety and comfort.
They took every precaution imaginable using fresh gloves, preventing any cross-contamination, bringing his meal out first, and even having the manager personally come to our table to talk through his allergy and confirm every step taken. The care, professionalism, and compassion they showed meant the world to us.
