What has happened to this place? I eat about once a week here but the last couple times the food has not been good. The beef and broccoli was so tough I could not eat it. There was no flavor, no garlic, dry, very little sauce. A co-worker stopped there and she was very disappointed also, she said the chicken was so tough she threw everything away and said never again. UPDATE: I I tried it again this weekend because it was hot and I did not want to cook, again I was disappointed same thing the meat was so tough and the egg rolls and spring rolls were sitting for a while as they were not hot and crunchy. There is a male employee that just stands there and writes on all the cartons rather than helping customers, and I saw him wipe the sweat off his forehead. I agree with my coworker, I'm done eating them.

Eric is still and forever the man, the myth, the LEGEND & deserves a raise! He is a polite and professional gentleman, and Panda Express is lucky to have him. The food is always delicious, the staff is friendly and efficient, and it’s clear that their fearless leader, Eric, sets a great example. Give that man a raise—he’s earned it!

It's a normal Panda Express the food was the same as all the rest it tasted good however the service was quite poor not very friendly

Dear lord, do NOT get food from here unless you plan on eating it all, even then, I'd be careful.
Went through drive-thru about 7pm yesterday (7/4/25), MOST of their food was old. Orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, chow mein, beef & broccoli, fried rice....You can tell its all been sitting out for a while and they just kept it warm.
Well, I put it in the fridge after a few bites, (we keep our fridge super cold, to were ice is a little forming), then re-heated it, not even 7hours later....we all have vomiting and diarrhea.... I made sure to heat it in microwave to where it got really hot, and then re-heated on stove (super paranoid), but apparently that didn't do it.
This isn't the 1st time it's happened either, but we tried it again months later.
Do NOT re-heat their food. I'd honestly avoid all together.

Please offer more than shrimp and steamed veggies. Bring back the spicy eggplant and tofu. Please offer more diverse veggie options.

Me and my girlfriend was on our way to Lassen from the Bay Area. My gf wants some Panda Express on the way so we made our stop here. The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm, we arrived around 10:15 pm and we already expect they don’t have much food left, which is true, but the night shift crew told us they can cook whatever we want as long as we are willing to wait 8-10 mins, which we happily accepted. The food was fresh and warm at 10:30 pm at night, and our heart was warmer. Greatly appreciate the crew members, you guys are the best.
