Eric is still and forever the man, the myth, the LEGEND & deserves a raise! He is a polite and professional gentleman, and Panda Express is lucky to have him. The food is always delicious, the staff is friendly and efficient, and it’s clear that their fearless leader, Eric, sets a great example. Give that man a raise—he’s earned it!

Me and my girlfriend was on our way to Lassen from the Bay Area. My gf wants some Panda Express on the way so we made our stop here. The restaurant closes at 10:30 pm, we arrived around 10:15 pm and we already expect they don’t have much food left, which is true, but the night shift crew told us they can cook whatever we want as long as we are willing to wait 8-10 mins, which we happily accepted. The food was fresh and warm at 10:30 pm at night, and our heart was warmer. Greatly...

Well to be honest, I go here quite often..not a lot but I do eat here a few times a month at least .. & most times the portions are great.. but for some reason today it seemed like my plate was made very sloppily!?
& The portion of the fire shrimp steak was real short ..I was just not happy with my food today ..it was still good ..just not like it usually is.. but ..one time out of so many isn't bad ..so I'll go again after awhile & hopefully it...
