We stopped here for lunch during a road trip. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. All of the food appeared freshly made when we made our selections.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the meals we chose. The chow mein lacked flavor, the orange chicken tasted burnt, and the mushroom chicken consisted of very fatty pieces of chicken we couldn't chew. Sadly, much of our meal was not edible.
That said, the restaurant was quite busy during our visit, which suggests it’s a popular place to eat. It’s possible we visited during an off time, and this experience may not reflect their usual quality.

Everything was great, except for the fact that we are paying the same price for less food. When you get a bowl the whole top used to be covered in meat, now they have been skimping out on the meat. More rice, noodles, and veggies, but less meat.

The food was OK. Compared to other panda express I've been to the portions seemed much smaller yet the first was higher. Plus my food tasted old. By far not my favorite location. The inside of the store was clean and tidy. The customer service was good they really tried to make sure we were happy but we're told what portion to serve.
Quiet place kinda off on its own slightly. Close to freeway for easy access. Fast service. Good food.

Entered the South Redding Panda at 7pm Sunday night. This was after a 4 hour drive from the Bay Area. We waited for 5 minutes while EVERY employee filled on line and drive up orders. No one said I'll be with you shortly or even acknowledged our presents. My wife and I decided to leave. If I owned this business I would not be happy with this poor service. I assume that online and drive up orders are what you want to serve. Not sure why we would return. We live here in Redding, California. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

We ordered 2 bigger plates with 3 entrees and one side for 4 people, which costed $27.xx. That is the price of a SINGLE dish in a near by Thai restaurant. The food is good as a fast food restaurant. The waitress was very nice and kept asking us whether we need plastic bag for eat out or extra plates for dining in. Plus you wouldn’t be asked for tips. Best choice for road trip especially when you have limited time.
