Amazing food and great customer service! I ordered the Broccoli Cheddar Soup Bread Bowl and French Ciabatta Dipper, and it's enough to feed 2 people for a bit less than $15 per person, which is a bit steep, but everything tasted great! They did forget my bread bowl on my second order, but they were quick to fix it without any issues. I highly recommend splitting a meal with someone to get the most value for the price, and just be sure to check your order before leaving. Overall, Panera Bread has very delicious food and helpful staff! Definitely give it a try sometime!

So glad Panera finally came to Redding as ice been a customer for years elsewhere. Their seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad is my favorite. Staff is always prompt and friendly.

This location is a shame to the name. I have been told alot if paneras and our local one is shameful. Low quality skimpy on everything. Very disheartening for a panera lover.
I love their healthy menu, they made everything special and delicious. The drive through and wait time inside is almost the same, I have tried both. It is important to clearly state what you want, otherwise, you could get something else, that happened ones. Also remember your order and check to see your orders are complete before you leave, so you don't have to drive back.

Stopped by yesterday for breakfast. I stood there for a few minutes, attempted to use the kiosk, couldn't find breakfast sandwiches, I could see workers wandering in the back. No one acknowledged my presence.... I left and went elsewhere.
