The last few times I have ordered online and then came to pick up the pizzas at the estimated time it said it would be ready, I then had to wait a LOT longer, like 20-40 minutes longer just to receive the pizzas I ordered well in advance. In the store, you end up standing around with a bunch of other people who are also waiting for their orders that were supposed to be ready like a half hour earlier. It's been a long time since I gave Papa Murphy's a try, but today I tried again only to experience the same thing again, me and a bunch of other people waiting for our orders that were supposed to be done a while ago. I didn't have to wait quite as extra long this time (more like 10 extra minutes), but still, I don't think I will continue ordering from Papa Murphy's. It wasn't like this years ago. I think they need to have more workers to keep up with the orders, and it seems consistent now that they just don't keep up, and their customers suffer for it.

The pizza was made exactly how I ordered it. I actually made a mistake on my online order, they fixed it and added my forgotten topping for no extra charge. Told me 35 minutes, took 15. Staff was super professional and friendly.

I'm not quite sure how many poppy murphys I have been to, but I have lost count at this point in 4 different states. This one seems to be 1 of the best ones I've been to consistently some of the best pizza I've had from Papa Murphy's every time I come here. It is always top-notch. Definitely, I will be coming back again. I recommend this Papa Murphy's highly. They're efficient and do a good job.
