Horrible customer service, the 2 younger ones there, a girl who had headphones in her ears, and the one teenage boy with the hat and sagging ear rings behind the counter was rude. The attitude and environment is horrible, time for new staff. Hope the owners see this and make changes with wages going up in April, make the necessary changes in staff.

Not good. Pizza was ice cold. I called and they said there was no one to speak to me so someone would call me back tomorrow. It was 7pm. We reheated the pizza: sauce was flavorless, not enough cheese, skimpy on toppings. Shasta pizza company is always good and hot when delivered. Someone did call me after 5pm the next day to offer me a coupon. I declined. We won't order from them again.

The vegetarian options are great. I don't know how that impossible artichoke pizza works but it is amazing. The portions are fair for the price and the slices are cut small for easy portioning.The only ding is that the space really is set up as a carry out or delivery restaurant. There is not much space in the customer waiting area but that you see is clean and well maintained.Vegetarian options: The classic vegetarian pizza is flavorful and has a great mix of vegetables. The artichoke pizza has odd toppings but somehow it works.
Good flavor but my pepperoni pizza is quite lacking in the cheese department. A little disappointed with the price but tastes better than dominos. The delivery guy was very nice.

I deliver for door dash took a lunch break to try Pizza guys for the first on Eureka wy Redding CA my pizza was done one person working showed the other person my pizza and dropped it so now my pizza has to be recooked making me take a longer lunch from door dashing now I'm not making money when it's busy and my pizza is hurried made second time and U spent over $30 of money I should have asked for a refund but I've already waisted 40 min waiting not happy will not being coming back

I paid over $25 for a 12" pizza and 2 small drinks. The taste is very mediocre for the price. Overpriced and they charge extra for ranch or any other sauce. Little Ceasars has better pizza than this place.

As a valued customer with over 100k Pizza Guys Reward points, this is the only location that prevents/limits me from using my points at time of check-out. The original order of 4 large pizzas was confirmed over the phone and the employee acknowledgment of 18k reward points will cover the whole order. After arriving at the store, the order changed and it’s only 1 redemption of 4,500 points per order according to the manager on site.
