Last ordered here in April 2024. It was dirty, they dropped one of my pizzas on the floor. I ended up waiting for over an hour for two pizzas. I got a free 2 liter of Pepsi for my trouble, but both pizzas were badly made. This place has gone down hill. I won't be going here again.

My wife introduced me to this pizza and it is the one of the best pizza places in town. We live off of Girvan and drive all the way to Lake Boulevard to pick it up not to mention their customer service is great and the price is fair. Definitely call in advance always busy.

I rarely leave reviews but it was just that bad I ordered a family meal deal, pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese as I often do and this time the pizza was absolutely disgusting.
The sauce tasted soapy, or like the garlic was bad. We couldn't even eat it and pizza is our favorite food! I called and asked for only a partial refund since we had take bites of the food, and the manager Jessica said she couldn't give me a refund but offered a free medium two topping next time I order. I won't be able to get that because I won't be ordering again based off how rude the manager is, in addition the the quality of food. This place used to be so good! I'd recommend it to everyone, but I won't be doing that anymore.
The food is not bad, but they need change in the management, Jessica the manager is rude. They messed up my order , I am vegetarian and I got non-vegetarian pizza. I was disappointed after driving and getting my order. After requesting a refund I didn't get one and just was offered another vegetarian pizza but as it was a pick up I couldn't make that might.
I was promised a pizza on another day, but yet when I asked for one, I got yelled at bad stating how I was unable to come the same day and get it then and there by Jessica .
I definitely believe this is not the customer service anyone would provide.
But if you are good with rude behavior food is good.

Decent food, but not super great food. With a little effort I think their menu could be more upscale. The service was good, but every time I've been in, the ice machine in their soda fountain is broke and unfortunately, the soda isn't chilled.

Honestly the best calzone I’ve ever had, and I’m Italian. It’s a bit ghetto but that’s ok, the staff is great, down to earth and real people. They may run low on ice and forget the condiments but they put their heart in the food and it shows. I will definitely be going back.

I'm currently eating the best pizza in town Soo good and my kids love it too! I asked them to cook it alil longer for a little crunch and they provided it perfectly! Definitely my new place to get pizza!
