I love Red Robin, today was my first time back in a long while, however I was in shock at the disappointing amount of fries they gave us. All the times I’ve ate here I’ve NEVER been given such a small basket of fries before.

Daniel our waiter was awesome! Have never had such wonderful service from any waiter.
Carrie was our waitress and she was the best. Like she had us drinks before they were empty and refills of fries before we were finished. She made sure that we had all the sauces we wanted and because of her we had a nice family outing.Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers and salads

Adjusted review. Seems prices went up significantly, burger size decreased and the value just isn't there anymore. Last visit this weekend, good came out incorrect, wasn't worth the time to try and get it corrected. Took forever to get fries refilled. Used to frequent this place because of the service and value, looks like we'll have to find a new spot.

Our waitress Heidi I believe was her name, went above and beyond for us. We had a party of 10 and she was so patient and caring. Even if food had to be redone she was very apologetic and pleasant. Thank you very much for the great experience. 4-3-24

It has been a bit since I last visited Red Robin. Our group of three stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was busy, but still had seating available. It took a couple minutes to be greeted. We were seated and provided menus. We had time to look over the menu before our server arrived. We ordered a couple drinks, then ordered our food. Once the burgers arrived, we all enjoyed. I had a turkey burger. I thought it was good. The others in the group ordered a chicken burger and an impossible burger. Each liked their burgers. The fries were good, including an order of garlic fries. Service was good too.
Anytime my granddaughter visits from Santa Rosa we have to visit Red Robin for lunch. It's her favorite place! The wait staff are excellent. The food is excellent.

Met with a buddy here for lunch yesterday. The host was amazing and went over some new menu options with us and what has been popular. The waitress was good until we got our food and started rushing us. We were less then halfway done with our meal and brought us to go boxes. I was really wanting to take advantage of the bottomless fries that they offered especially since I was charged an extra $1.99 for garlic fries.Also rushed us to pay and get out. They were not very busy so not sure why we were being rushed and would have like to enjoyed our meal without being rushed. Food was pretty good and the queso dip was decent.

We know several of the servers and are treated very well.Dietary restrictions: The menus show the calorie intake for each item you order.Kid-friendliness: They have balloons, and they sing Happy Birthday to you if you let them know you are celebrating a birthday. The birthday person can have a free ice cream scoop.

Great service! The food is good. I had the worst long island iced tea, though, rarely order a drink, and will likely keep it that way. We sat next to the kitchen, and it was way too noisy for me, I couldn't even hear Mt child talking. Great family-friendly place!

The burger was very greasy, fries soggy and cold, the food wasn't hot, the salad was the best. The beer on tap wasn't much to choose from, only 4 beers on tap, it wasn't working. I was hungry when I arrived, I left with indigestion and was very disappointed. It is to bad they don't grill the burgers anymore, now they cook in grease, it taste like fast food. Before the new changes the food was delicious.
