Hit the drivethru, had a wrap, spicy shot, and a green smoothie. Everything was tasty and best part was I could make a full and satisfying breakfast of what I paid for. Would recommend.

Excellent top notch service. All of the staff have my smoothie and bowl memorized. Of course the menu is quality food that has my healthy eating box checked. I’ve even got my kids “drinking” spinach with the Popeye smoothie. The rewards program pays off nicely for the number of regular visits.

Excellent place excellent service The one problem I have is all the girls with their hair down flying all over the food when they make the wraps. I refused my order and asked for a refund. Hair going over your food is just nasty. Please girls wear your beautiful hair up while working. Pony tails with long hair isn’t good enough when it’s all over the place

I typically really enjoy the food here and have had great experiences in the past, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and realized about five minutes later that I had been given the wrong wrap. I returned and let the staff know. They were kind, refunded me, and remade the order, which I appreciated. However, the second wrap was also incorrect, and I didn’t have time to wait again. It seemed like the staff was mostly younger and the environment felt a bit disorganized. I understand mistakes happen, but the overall experience fell short of the usual standard.
I simply put 3 stars because it is the second time that my wrap comes with ingredients that I did not order 🙄 they should be more careful when taking the order, I ate it because I was starving if I was not going to return it.

I absolutely love roots! BUT today I bought two Popeye drinks that I will not be able to drink. Update Monday June 9th: I have been given a full refund and I believe they will talk with their staff and fix the problem. I will be going to get my drinks today because I crave the Popeye. They will not lose my business, they are really good drinks and their food is good too. Sunday June 8th at 6pm There were 2 young guys with brown wavy hair working. The one who took my order had no customer service skills, whatever moving on. The one making my drink, scratched his scalp through his long wavy hair then immediately grabbed my bananas and put them in and my ice cubes with those same hands. Then, he went to shake the blender and the top and some ingredients fell to the ground, he picked up the lid off the ground put it on the blender and then pored my drinks and also had no Customer service when delivering to me. His carelessness made me question exact how many unsanitary things made it into my drinks…. So I wasted $16 today. Please fix this. I love your drinks! I don’t feel it’s my job to tell them to wash their hands and remake my drink. I am a manager and don’t feel like managing other organizations employees.
