Just went in for a good pressed juice. Service was a tad slow....since the guests in front of me were very "needy". But the nature of fresh juice requires that. Customer service was flawless when I got to order. Great experience. Juice was great too.

Roots is a lovely place to go when u want a treat, but not only is it a treat it’s a healthy one, with no fat, low surgar, lots of protein, and organic irons to fill your body up. Go their! For a yummy yummy meal, juice, smoothie, sandwiches and more!!!

I have tried most of the juices, all of the ginger shots, and one of the wraps they all are incredible! Once you have freshness like that you can't go back to "fast food" lol there is nothing faster and more delicious than whole foods. I go as often as possible.

Are they going down hill or is it just me? I don’t normally post reviews but when you spend $30 for two drinks and a sandwich or better be good. I ordered a beet juice and it looked watered down, the smoothie tasted like frost bitten fruit, and my sandwich had a hair on it. Super unsatisfying first thing in the morning…

I ordered egg and cheese muffin with pesto added turkey + funky monkey smoothies added protein, which all taste good. I placed orders online and everything was smooth until i came in to pickup and saw like 6 employees + maybe the owner hanging around, chatting, some ppl decorating for Christmas, i'm sure they all saw us and NO ONE GREETED US. When we walked out, my friend says thank you to a middle aged lady who looked like the owner, and she just ignored my friend. It's a bit weird... If only they can be more welcoming and friendly, i'd give it 5 stars!

Very clean! Nice atmosphere & lots of places to sit.The acai bowls are excellent & very yummy. The ingredients & fruits are very fresh. And to be honest, the prices are not that expensive! Very fair!The staff is extremely nice & even bought water to our table after bringing our order. So nice & kind. Lots of parking as well--Parking: Parking right outside the main door. Lots of spaces!

Great place to get super healthy juice! They have a couple locations in Redding and are owned by a younger local couple. The atmosphere is always upbeat and fun and the employees are helpful and happy. A fun perk is the punch cards to earn free juice!

Customer service is always amazing! Food is so fresh and delicious! I get the wrap with fresh veggies and dragon sauce to add a little spice! I've gotten juices here too! I've never been disappointed! The apple nachos are a must! Acai bowls are wonderful as well!!!
