It was a busy day and they happened to be understaffed when I visited here last. I don't remember any names but shout to this location their manager that day was from a different location and he apologized for the chaos. No apologies necessary, I understand retail and fast food, ignore the negative Nancy and smile, you guys were rock stars!!!

Horrible. Food took for ever for delivery. Apparently they door dash it now. Got here and couldn't eat it, it was cold and draining Marinara. So soggy. 48$ for nothing. Will throw it in the trash. The large is an actual medium now. If i didn't have to give even 1 star I wouldn't have. I buy round table for a reason and this was a waste. Nobody in my family ate it. Pure Marinara.

Did a personal pizza special would not give me the specialty pizza for the personal Pizza when they've done it before also did not give me the dish or my cup for the drink and salad right away I had to ask for it not good also I'm not happy with not having olives on the salad bar

Only one trip to salad bar and they took pizza bar away. They want you to be quick and leave. Not a comfortable feeling of staying to hang out like it used to be.

Xander was amazing. Since of the best service I’ve ever had at a pizza joint. The food was great as well. I definitely recommend the spot for a family get together.

I get 2–3 pizzas a week from here because of my autistic granddaughter. It seems like lately the pizzas have been very bad. Looking burnt and pretty much no cheese. The pizzas are too expensive for this to keep happening. I wish I could go someplace else to get her pizza But being autistic it is one of the only thing she will eat.

I almost hate to leave this review because the last time I was in was on Black Friday. Hopefully this was a one-off. This round table Pizza location is one of the few places I will eat pizza. The restaurant used to be clean the crust thick and crunchy and toppings aplenty. During our most recent visit. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. The salad bar was out of almost everything. So the remaining bottom of the container items that there were in the salad bar looked vile. Even the counter around the salad bar and soda machine were strewn with pieces of food and paper straw wrappers. The floor in the front was covered with food and soda pop lids. There were no napkins on the tables. I had to ask an employee for a damp rag to clean our table. After doing that I wiped down the front counter for them because it was disgusting. There was food all over the carpet. It looked like s bunch of young kids had been eating their unsupervised and nobody cleaned up for the after them for a week.

Burnt potatoe wedges yuck mentioned to staff they could of cared less
Ordered beer and pizza. Got the beer after 4 times asking, pizza finally came after 30 minutes, waaay too much cheese. With the super expensive prices you would think the pizza and service would be better. Also I had to clean the grunge off our table. Management needs to get their act together.

We regularly get pizza here, but today was the worst we've ever had. We ordered online and were given a time the order would be ready. Showed up 5 minutes before it should have been ready and waited for anyone to greet me while what looked like my order sat in the window. Finally an employee came to the counter and began to retrieve my order. Mind you that their store in in the mall and I live across the street from home Depot, I got home and the lg double play pepperoni looks nothing like the ad there wasn't enough pepperoni to cover half of the pizza and it was cold, the wings which are heat and eat were also cold, the small king Arthur supreme was cold as well ! I think they must have changed management and just don't care

Starting to look run down. Salad bar looked liked homeless people had ran thru it. It was a complete mess and looked like it was old .
Pizza price has gone up and not worth the value like it used to be. The flavor has gone down hill as well. I prefer Little Ceasars pizza or Papa Murphys
