I have been a loyal customer of this particular RTP for at least 15 years and have always had a great pizza. Oh, how things have changed.I ordered our usual, a large King Arthur Supreme, and they told me it would be an hour. To our delight, it was only 40 minutes. I watched as the delivery driver pulled up to my house, got out of the driver's door and go around to the rear passenger door, and pull my pizza off of his seat - no insulated delivery bag.I tipped the driver, opened the box, and the pizza was cold - not ice cold - but not even warm.I called the store, and the person who answered told me they were sorry, but they had to let all of their delivery drivers go and that they were now using a third-party to deliver. So I asked, "So then, I can expect cold pizzas from now on?" THE PERSON ANSWERED, "YES, I GUESS SO."I paid $61 for 6 wings and a large pizza at RTP...a cold pizza.So guys, you have lost a faithful customer.

I ordered a large pizza and 6 twist. I picked them up and brought them home just to find that both had barely cooked. I called the store and they offered a 10% off my next order, guess what I will not be ordering or eating ANYTHING from RTP ever again. I definitely wouldn't recommend round table to anyone!!!!

I’m not sure who decided that switching to “full-service” was a good idea, but I suggest you rethink it. We just walked out. We were seated at a table, given the wrong menus, there’s not sufficient staff to even attempt to be a full service. I was willing to overlook the “cash only” but combined with this additional change, it’s just not worth it. Fast food is supposed to be fast.

This location is now TABLE SERVICE. It's interesting. Feels like I'm back in the 80s. Be patient with the staff as it's clear they are not used to this. Food was still good. Salad Bar was very wet.
The food was good. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the pizza. Beer was good, and they had the playoffs going.

The arcade is fun, and a great way to spend time while waiting for your food. I do miss the buffet though. Sad to say, I probably won't eat there unless they bring it back.
Best pizza in Redding. I love the King Arthur with extra sauce (no additional charge). I'm always surprised when I order it online for pickup at a specific time and it's not ready, but it's worth the 5-10 minutes of waiting time.

I brought my daughter in to eat after shopping at the Mall. We were greeted by Anthony and he sat us down. Trevor I think his name was super friendly while taking our order. The cooks did amazing making the food and made sure to accommodate my daughters allergies. We ate a salad, boneless wings and a ham sandwich. I am very happy with my experience.
