A little over a year ago, something happened to the staff, and the pizza got better. Whatever it is, keep it up.

Would’ve loved to have gotten to eat here but the second I stepped through the front door I immediately felt like I was going to be sick from the heat. The lack of air conditioning or even at least a fan or two is appalling. I’m unsure how the employees are able to safely function in this heat or keep things sanitary. I would rather get pizza anywhere else.

They said 20-30 minutes, after 45 minutes I go ask when it’ll be done and they said another 15. They didn’t offer a discount or anything complimentary.

We had a group of 7 hungry adults and 5 children, we were completely ignored when we tried to order for 10 minutes. We left and went to eat somewhere else! Very unfriendly environment

Thank you to the manager who took the time out of his day to call me and chat it over. I can't wait to bring my grandma for lunch one day soon.
I just got off the phone with a gentleman at 11:45 am on May 19th 2024. I was trying to order my grandma some pizza and was having difficulties ordering online (I live in the greater Sacramento area) I call the store and immediately was confronted with a tone of annoyance. I told him my issues and that I needed help so if I could just give him the address to see if they delivered to her house (it's less than a mile away) and he responded with "well I don't know if it's says online we can't do it then we can't do it." I asked can I just give you the address to double check because the website was glitching anyways, she really wants round table. He responded with a long sigh saying uhhhh uhhh I'm going to find someone else to help you then, again with a rude tone. I told him he was extremely rude and hung up the phone. There's no issue with just double checking online if a house is in your service area.
