Thank you to the manager who took the time out of his day to call me and chat it over. I can't wait to bring my grandma for lunch one day soon.
I just got off the phone with a gentleman at 11:45 am on May 19th 2024. I was trying to order my grandma some pizza and was having difficulties ordering online (I live in the greater Sacramento area) I call the store and immediately was confronted with a tone of annoyance. I told him my issues and that I needed help so if I could just give him the address to see if they delivered to her house (it's less than a mile away) and he responded with "well I don't know if it's says online we can't do it then we can't do it." I asked can I just give you the address to double check because the website was glitching anyways, she really wants round table. He responded with a long sigh saying uhhhh uhhh I'm going to find someone else to help you then, again with a rude tone. I told him he was extremely rude and hung up the phone. There's no issue with just double checking online if a house is in your service area.

I could not see spending $100 on 2 pizzas and some wings. Their pizza is good, but not that good. The guy behind the counter was condescending and had a "holier than thou" attitude. Needless to say, I went right down the hill to Pizza Factory, their pizza is just as good, customer service was way better, and the price was a LOT less. I'm not saying I'll never get Round Table again, their specialty pizzas are really good, but I'll most likely drive a couple extra miles to get it from another location.
We had a pizza fundraiser for our non profit organization at this location and plan on repeating!The staff and management made us feel welcome and spent a lot of time and effort to make this party awesome!The food is always on point and this night was no different.I highly recommend this location for your pizza cravings ????

Pizza is always amazing at Round Table, and when dine in, service is also usually amazing - but order for delivery, and you can almost guarantee that it will not be correct; and that’s either using the app, or calling in. The receipt is correct, but the order is not.

The pizza was horrible didn't even taste like Round Table pizza we spent almost $400 on pizza wings salads and drinks I had to ask them to put salad in the salad bar because it was empty definitely recommend going to a different location we went there for dinner with 16 family members and everyone thought it was horrible!

The 2 people who were the only staff there, were very nice. The problems we had were the flies everywhere, and the salad bar. Several of the items we put on our salads were spoiled. We had purchased 2 of the lunch deal, salad bar with 3 bread sticks for 9.99, plus 2 pizzas. They refunded the salad bar deals, but then charged us for the bread sticks at regular price. We didn't even want the bread sticks. They just came with salad deal. The prices at this place are outrageous!!! The pizza was good, but not much toppings, and definitely not worth the prices they charge. The flies kept landing on it as we were trying to eat. The only reason we came to this restaurant is because it was my son's birthday and he chose it. We had a pretty good experience there 2 years ago. We will not be going there again.
