I've had some really great food from here & our servers are always top notch. Only giving it 3 starts because the last two times I've come here they've been inexplicably closed for no reason at all. I live out of town & realize now if I want to come here I should call beforehand. I've went The Post Office instead both times & was really happy with everything
I have to always come to this place to come eat. I come visit my dad in the cemetery and then shoot over and eat their food. They have amazing prices for burgers and their Irish Nachos are even better. Who doesn't love potatoes? I hope it stays in business because I can not find Irish Nachos anywhere else.
Went on a Sunday afternoon during MLB (not NFL!) season. Had the back room to ourselves for several hours, which was awesome!Bartender/server, Jessica, was friendly and attentive, changed TV to A's game in a blink (5 TVs back there, we were in sports heaven!) and checked on us regularly.Easy, free street parking on a Sunday. Easy to find location, too, not a hole in the wall, yet intimate feeling inside.Suuuper cool (and clean!) restroom with green lights in the walls AND SINK!!Food was meh (got a classic burger). I wasn't expecting Sonoma cuisine, it's decent bar grub. (We Irish are not famous for our food ?? ? lol)Fun watering hole for tourists & locals alike. "Everyone's bar" kinda place.
This is a great pub to have a beer and some food. They have pool tables in the back too. The food was pretty good and reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, the new ownership has removed all the "Irish" specialties, actually, there isn't one thing irish here as all the good stuff like: champs, corn beef & cabbage, shepherds stew, bangers & mash...they are all gone!!!!..We went on a Friday night at 6:30 and almost every table was empty, but before, it was packed-out. Now we know why! This new menu only offers a step above McDonald's fast foods...all that is offered is deep fried stuff....If you have not been to Shameless in a while, call them to ask what the new menu lists. Also, the on tap beer selection was very limited....The Google pictures are from a long time ago and only shows what used to be! ! Don't be fooled by the pictures, look at the date they were taken. We are saddened because Shameless used to be our go to happy spot...even all our out of town guests loved it...but alas, no more! Hopefully the new owners will realize what they have lot and that they need to go back to what was good....why reinvent the wheel, right?
Worst experience at a restaurant in several years. 4 adults got drinks and appetizers and literally were never given any plates, eating utensils, coasters or napkins. Despite the waitress spilling a good amount of my drink to the point I had to get up before it ran into my lap. So we had to move tables to have a dry seat. Server was so inattentive and apathetic the only positive I can say is we had the good sense to not order dinner at least. Wish we hadn't ordered the pretzel things either because they were gross. Not sure if they were really pretzels or just burned breadsticks. The "cheese" sauce I am pretty sure was just congealed Velveeta. The server did not know the beers on draft nor could she suggest any drinks for our daughter who wanted something with bourbon in it. The menu items I saw on line were not on offer, very few choices. Clientele there was mostly of the rowdy screaming type so if you like that sort of thing and aren't interested in food then this place might work for you.
So I give it a 4 star do to it having pool tables and it's right down from where I live. So during the week when I have time I'll go and play pool and have a few beers. But on a weekend I have to give it a 3 because I want to enjoy the music and was hoping for a place to dance. But all I got was over crowded with tables and ppl and the music is so low I can hear everyone conversation. I really don't wanna hear about the guy in the strip shirt giving someone an STD, it's non of my business. So if you don't want your business heard please turn the music up and declutter the tables for the weekends at least. But the staff was friendly and very attentive. And to the girl that got the STD I hope you got that cleared up. ☮️??
Unless you like to fist fight, shootings (yes guns) loud patrons with mediocre food and menu, stay away from here.
I would give more stars, but they didn't honor those $3 Jameson shots advertised on Google... Which is the whole reason i went there. Nor did they give me happy hour prices, even when i questioned the bill.I didn't wanna be difficult, and the waitress was AWESOME! So i just paid regular prices. Worth it! ( plus I'm used to it because i don't carry a package between my legs ?)So that's the only reason i gave an average score. ?Food was good enough. Bar is well stocked!I'd go back for a shameless night out- give it a shot! (no pun ...)P.S you guys need music...
Last call, then kicked out 10 minutes later. You can’t charge people to chug their beer because you want to go home. Not to mention, “86” a customer for complaining about you being rude. Dump of a place.

Went in about twenty minutes before closing and sat down to order some food and drinks and after fifteen minutes of being ignored I decided to get someone’s attention just to be told the kitchen was closed. Just a tip you might want to try saying hi or greeting your customers when they come in it might save you on the one star reviews.
Awesome place with good atmosphere and staff. 4 stars because the pool tables and cues need to be fixed/replaced. Iron mountain burger is the best in town.
As you can probably tell from my last name, I am of Irish decent. My grandfather was 100% Irish, my father has kissed the Blarney Stone, and I grew up with a dog named Cu (short for Cu Chulainn) while eating Irish soda bread. As such I found this place to be, well, a caricature of my heritage. It was just wall to wall tired gimmicks, with mediocre food that would have been more appropriate in a standard sports bar. The only thing that looked even remotely authentic was the Sheppards pie- which I was afraid to try, since I doubt it would be as good as my dad's.My burger was edible.
Great food and atmosphere!
They have ok music. It's more for a younger crowd for sure. Some of the people that frequent there were cool though. The female bartender is really rude and I wish I wouldn't have tipped her. Closing time is at 1:45a promptly. Don't have a drink in hand or they will get in your face and tell you to chug it over and over. There's 1 bouncer that's cool another is very rude. I just won't be going back. There are pool tables though. Could be a nice place but...
