SCB is run by a really sweet husband and wife team. I appreciated their great customer service and use of organic flours. The Olive and Thyme bread was soft, fresh, and perfect. I found them at the Redding Farmer’s Market at City Hall on Saturday mornings.
If you haven't had the pleasure of tasting the amazing treats, ( cookies and cinnamon rolls ) and savory breads, do yourself a favor and do it! Some of the best local bread is made with knowledge and love, Jess knows what she is doing!
