Passing through Redding and gave Joe’s a try. Amazing BBQ! Had a Smoked Stack Sandwich and a Pulled Pork Sandwich. OMG both were fantastic! Portions were huge! Meat was tender and flavorful. Side dishes awesome! The House BBQ sauce amazing- even bought a container to go. Staff were friendly & helpful. Met Joe, the owner, and talked about his smoking history and he shared some of secret sauce samples. Will definitely come back!

I asked instead of garlic fries , they use the same awesome mix for garlic onions rings and we'll I'm sold !! 110% if you haven't tried this mix up from them , you need to ! Can't wait for Wednesday and brisket and more of these garlic onion rings ,
