I put in a mobile order, when I got there 10 minutes later I pulled into the driveway. There were 3 cars in front of me and it took 12 minutes for them to take those three orders which is three tor four imes longer than usual!
This has been going on for the last two weeks at this store: super slow service! And when I finally did get my coffee handed to me which was supposed to be super hot, it was lukewarm. This is not OK. We pay premium for this coffee and to get a shitty cup of coffee after you waited for 12 minutes is not acceptable.!!! Tried to call the store. They wouldn’t answer their phone. Since I was already late for work no time to go back and get another cup of coffee properly prepared— I don’t know what’s wrong with this particular store but it’s dismal! A disaster for the last couple weeks!!!!

I normally go to the Bonnyview location, but decided to go to this one today since it's closer to my client's home. Did a mobile order, but no one was there during business hours and I couldn't get refunded from the app. Called the bonnyview location and they were kind enough to fulfil the order so i didn't have to go through the tedious process of trying to get a refund. Ended up being late for work because of it. I've had several bad experiences from the churncreek/i5 location. Do yourself a favor and just go the extra mile or so to the bonnyview location. They have the best staff and they're always reliable.

Ayanna is a horrible representative for this company. The service was slow and full of attitude. She comes to work that desheveled and never apologized for taking more than 10 minutes for a single drink. Horrible experience

Overall experience was fine. Not the friendliest staff but they weren't rude either. More interested in talking to eachother than me, however it was slow so likely enjoying catching their breath? Nothing to make me not go back but Nothing to make me return either.

This is my go-to Starbucks!!!! I can always guarantee my drink more than perfect every time I order here!! The baristas you should definitely have a huge raise for the accuracy, communication, consistency, and customer service!! Unfortunately other Starbucks do whatever they feel like doing and on Somedays we depend on a good drink to get us through our day! We occasionally visit this area but when we do you never miss this stop!

Waited for 30 minutes for a drink pastry and food item went through the drive through no one was at the window so I waited 30 minutes later I get my drink that was not made right then my ham and Swiss croissant that was freezing cold in the center I work at a Starbucks so I understand being stressed and overwhelmed but there was no one in line and it was in the middle of the day I also understand the people you have to deal with so I would never be rude worst experience ever and when I got my items they didn’t say anything just shoved it out the window I hadn’t been rude I said please and thank you even after horrible service and getting off an 11 hour day or work terrible never coming back again

I would like to give them negative stars if possible. They screwed up my drink in oregon, and so I asked them if they would please fix it.And I would even pay for it. But of course, they offered to fix it for free, but did it wrong? Where are my espresso shots? I pay a $50 for each of them, and you guys constantly forget them. Where's the caramel drizzle in the caramel? Frappuccino, you know, the cup's supposed to be lined with it. SMH this is why I rarely go to Starbucks cuz. It's ten dollars for a cup of coffee and they can't even get it right

This is the 3rd time I went to this star bucks and their was a girl at the morning shift that was really rude talking about me to other co workers was very unprofessional made my drink wrong and got mad I didnt like the drink or the customers service at all not to satisfying

This is a standard Starbucks. Giving low rating because I ordered a matcha at this Starbucks and it was made wrong. There was so much matcha that the drink was bitter. They re-made the drink by putting the correct amount of matcha and too much sweetener. The drink was never made to standard.
