The staff is kind of friendly but I don't feel very welcome receiving blank stares and less than welcoming tone. Consistently make drinks half filled and make me the wrong order. Very frustrating.

All the baristas I’ve encountered have all been welcoming and polite, making helpful suggestions as well as providing the right orders. The coffee does in fact have caffeine in it.

Barista literally filled and PACKED my cup with ice and then poured my chai latte in. I got 6 sips for 6 dollars. Not exaggeration. Not gulps. Sips. 1 dollar per sip. An absolute rip off. Never been so ripped off by a reputable establishment in my entire life. This is after I said light ice.

I usually grab a Grande Mochiato Vinte Pumpkin Spice with two pumps of Vanilla and Extra Heavy Whip before Economics class. Coffee really gets the brain going and helps with Mathematics. 10+10+10+10+10+10+10 plus infinity
