This location is set up for the city only not for Redding. If you have a trailer, I need to walk up to the kiosk. You are unable to pay for your coffee unless you have the app. In addition, their drive-through is not large enough to accommodate a pick up and trailer if you are traveling through, do not stop here unless you have the app they cannot take payment.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever had Kelly the manager is beyond rude. I ordered the wrong drink by accident so when I came back and asked if they could just pour a little bit of coconut milk in the cup for me she said it would b an extra charge n that I would have to get in my car n drive throu the drive through to cash me out because there was no register there. So I asked if she can just cash me out at that register and I can give her my card and she told me no that I would have to drive through because there were customers but there were none, I was the only customer! So I gave her my drink n drove through the drive through. When I got to the window I asked if she was the manager n I began to tell her that is by far the worst experience I've had a starbucks. And because I said that she refused to give me my drink n told me that I can leave and go to another Starbucks! I can't believe this lady, she's pretty much telling her employees it's ok to act like this to the customers.

Came here thinking I could waste some time while I wait for my bus. Ended up spending my money across the street. Saved a few bucks too. $4 on a soda at establishment across….instead of $8 on the biggest large iced something.
