This Starbucks is very unfriendly and stingy, i would recommend literally any other one. Don't go here if you want to chill or take your time before ordering or you'll get kicked out. you also cant charge your electronics in here, and the reception is awful

If you order for delivery just know that you won’t get anything near what you paid for. Apparently making coffee for delivery is too difficult for the employees at this location.

Had a very nice experience today, sitting inside this Starbucks coffee anda slice of delicious coffee cake. Friendly staff and a nice warm atmosphere .

“Hailey” was incredibly rude at the speaker right off the bat. I was a barista, and ssv at Starbucks for 7 years. Her constant annoyed tone of “anything ELSE” after each word I said was highly unnecessary. I finally matched her tone and I think she got the picture. When I pulled up to the window. I asked her name and was told she was immediately pulled off of DTO (drive thru order) because the staff heard her tone with me. I called as soon as I left because my drink was disgusting, and Noah was fantastic. Super apologetic, and welcomed me back for a drink on them. This was on a really tough day for me, and I still managed to be a decent human until that interaction. Do better, Hailey.

Service is horrible I made a online order and when I got there to pick it up telling them my name wasn't good enough they wanted to see my phone, that's not going to happen so I had to get a refund cause they would not give me my order unless I showed them my phone.
If you're the kind of person that likes to get some work done while drinking your coffee, this place will not work for you. They've gone against normal Starbucks standards and have covered their electric outlets. I've been to dozens of Starbucks across the United States and this is the first time I've run into this. If this is a sudden trend I'm unaware of, there are plenty of competitors in Redding who don't mind me working in their cafe as long as I buy something.

Every single time i order with this starbucks through the app it takes them an incredibly long time to complete my order, i will sit in the store for 10-15 mins each time waiting for them to get order out, but most of the time it’s done the staff just misplaced it. It was fine the first few times but now it’s a constant thing with them, and it always tends to be the same 2 employees working…

I usually have great coffee here, but recently I got the brown sugar shaken espresso twice, and the coffee tasted burnt both times. No bueno. I also talked to a friend of mine, and she complained about the same thing. I would be more inclined to go to this location if this improved. Thank you.
