****REVIEW UPDATE***REVIEW UPDATE***REVIEW UPDATE***
I am revamping this review. The fact that I am not a fan of Starbucks coffee should not deter anyone from going. I want to share something that happened: A few years back, I had gone through a horrible point in my life. And as odd as this sounds? Starbucks was there. I had lost my mom, six months later found that all three of adult kids were battling heroin addiction, eight months later, my youngest son 22, was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer, he died at twenty four. Then, my marriage fell apart, my grief was to much for my wife I suppose. My grandson whom I have custody of, moved to Red Bluff Ca. and unfortunately, we ended up living in a Motel 6 which happened to be behind a Starbucks. People used the Motel's drive way to avoid a one way turn out of the Starbucks. I sat out daily, with grief and the deepest sorrow I can even explain, and waved at people as they came through the back parking lot, and passed by. At first I guess people thought I was weird, no one would even look at me. But as time went on, they began to smile back and wave. One day, a car stopped. And rolled the window down. It was the STARBUCKS MANAGE! curiosity go the best of him. I told the situation and that I had nothing better to do, and that I just cared about people. We talked a bit, and he left. The next day he came through the back, and he stopped and handed me a bag of Starbucks Breakfast sandwiches, and lunch sandwiches which he said they cannot sell after a certain time. It was one of the nicest, most thoughtful things I had experienced in a long while. A couple of days later, another employee came through and had a bag of goodies for us, she had been instructed by that same manager, to stop and see us first before going on to give this food out to other people in need. This was the kindest gesture and my little boy both appreciated that more than he could ever imagine. If you are still out there, Red Bluff location manager, and you drove a black Audi I believe it was, my friend, thank you from the bottom of my heart! And have a wonderful Christmas this year...Starbucks Coffee they were a blessing to us...I will have to try their coffee again. Thank you Starbucks!

Coffee was good. But no electric outlets. If you’re coming here to get work done, good luck.

Thanks to Charlie who took care of a problem with oatmeal at another Starbucks in such a super helpful manner this Starbucks stands out for me. As well I'll remember it because while I was eating my oatmeal, my dog Fred who I left in the car with the MacDonalds burger I'd bought helped himself to all of it.

I waited until about 4:35 to give time for them to get set up. The drive thru was shut off still, so I waited until 4:40. Still shut down, so I pulled around to go in. As I reach the door, the gal inside wags her finger at me (the door was still locked). I pointed at the sticker in the window that showed that they open at 4:30, she just gave me a dirty look and kept wagging her finger at me. Dutch brothers got my money, considering I had about a 5 minute wait when I got there and they actually wanted my business.
Hands down THE RUDEST experience at Starbucks. No longer will I be using this location.

We had our nicest Starbucks experience here! We were halfway through a 4 hour drive with 4 rambunctious kids. We needed a caffeine and car break and stopped here. 2 of them were fighting so we said they could not get a treat at Starbucks though the other 2 could share a drink. So there were some sullen faces (including ours) when we arrived. After taking our orders, the barista, who could probably sense our tension, was incredibly nice and offered our 4 kids some cake pops they were planning to throw out at the end of the day. The faces lit up and my soul was replenished by this act of goodwill. Thank you for being so kind when we needed it the most.

Emily is incredibly Rude ruined the experience of going to coffee near my house where I am from. Funny how I can endure so much stereotyping and disrespect from a community I love and protect, but yet still get rejected by failures to lead like Emily who are quick to criticize. When they hired Emily she had an amazing charismatic joking staff that were quite literally the best people I got to meet every day in the morning since Lisa has left and Emily has taken over the teams Morale is failing miserably as she vents the failures of her idealization of a Marine as a love object who suffers from PTSD and cannot sleep. Not all of us are violent when we cry we aren’t your damn husband Emily!! Emily has a trained eye to overlook any of the real vices and only deal rudely with regular customers who tip hard and expect real customer service.

I like Starbucks, coffee very much. It would be nice to get a little more of a discount when you bring your own drinking container in. They do not have a veterans discount. The establishment is clean and nice to be at.
One of the dirtiest Starbucks locations i have been to (Although the Atwater, Ca location beats this location hands down). I was in this location between 3-6 pm (approx. 3 hours). I did not see the staff clean the tables even once. Even my table was dirty, when i pointed this to a staff she gave me a wet tissue to clean the table myself. I didn't know that Starbucks staff expect the customers to clean the tables themself. The trash container was overfilled and even the rest room was dirty. AND YES, THERE WERE FLIES. And there was no power outlet to recharge the tablet, cellphone, unlike in other locations. At this rate Starbucks Brand name will be going DOWN, DOWN, DOWN. i wonder if the regional management at Starbucks is really that incompetent or they simply don't care.
