It’s customer only..? if you don’t use the right phrasing for ordering water, they will penalize you into buying something else instead of telling you that they sell bottles of water. They will also assume you want free stuff if you want just water? Learn your menu or how to redirect or let the customer know! I feel like whatever script you’re using is not working!
My only excuse I for sure wanted water because I thought I would be extra nice and super good! I think they don’t fw real water sippers.
Very nice employees and coffee.
My husband got coffee for us and came back to the car. A little while later I went in to use the bathroom and the young women with the dyed hair told me I had to buy something and then refused to give me tap water? I thought water was free. Also can’t people sit at Starbucks all day even if they only got one drink? So by that logical she should have let me in. Super rude. Would not recommend coming here. Go to the one in Safeway across the parking lot nicer staff too.

the food and drink i had were really good! however i could just tell the workers didn’t want to be there and understandable! every time i go here its way too busy for how many people are working and they are all exhausted. something needs to be done and needs to change now. there’s also a frequent homeless issue as well

I went with my Adult son, and we sat outside at the tables, which I have never done here. What a nice start to the day. Delicious hot Carmel Macchiato, with an extra shot.

****REVIEW UPDATE***REVIEW UPDATE***REVIEW UPDATE***
I am revamping this review. The fact that I am not a fan of Starbucks coffee should not deter anyone from going. I want to share something that happened: A few years back, I had gone through a horrible point in my life. And as odd as this sounds? Starbucks was there. I had lost my mom, six months later found that all three of adult kids were battling heroin addiction, eight months later, my youngest son 22, was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer, he died at twenty four. Then, my marriage fell apart, my grief was to much for my wife I suppose. My grandson whom I have custody of, moved to Red Bluff Ca. and unfortunately, we ended up living in a Motel 6 which happened to be behind a Starbucks. People used the Motel's drive way to avoid a one way turn out of the Starbucks. I sat out daily, with grief and the deepest sorrow I can even explain, and waved at people as they came through the back parking lot, and passed by. At first I guess people thought I was weird, no one would even look at me. But as time went on, they began to smile back and wave. One day, a car stopped. And rolled the window down. It was the STARBUCKS MANAGE! curiosity go the best of him. I told the situation and that I had nothing better to do, and that I just cared about people. We talked a bit, and he left. The next day he came through the back, and he stopped and handed me a bag of Starbucks Breakfast sandwiches, and lunch sandwiches which he said they cannot sell after a certain time. It was one of the nicest, most thoughtful things I had experienced in a long while. A couple of days later, another employee came through and had a bag of goodies for us, she had been instructed by that same manager, to stop and see us first before going on to give this food out to other people in need. This was the kindest gesture and my little boy both appreciated that more than he could ever imagine. If you are still out there, Red Bluff location manager, and you drove a black Audi I believe it was, my friend, thank you from the bottom of my heart! And have a wonderful Christmas this year...Starbucks Coffee they were a blessing to us...I will have to try their coffee again. Thank you Starbucks!

Coffee was good. But no electric outlets. If you’re coming here to get work done, good luck.

Thanks to Charlie who took care of a problem with oatmeal at another Starbucks in such a super helpful manner this Starbucks stands out for me. As well I'll remember it because while I was eating my oatmeal, my dog Fred who I left in the car with the MacDonalds burger I'd bought helped himself to all of it.
