I am in Redding visiting my son. Yesterday was my Birthday! Every year on my BD, I seek out the best cake! You gotta eat cake on your BD, right??I found this little delicious slice of heaven & I’m so glad I did! 2X winner of “Cake Wars” on Food Network!! You deserve it!!We purchased an assortment of cupcakes & just loved every bite! HANDS DOWN!! The BEST, most delicious, fresh, moist, decadent, cupcakes….so many flavors just fill your palate!I love these cupcakes!!! I can’t wait to try more flavors! The Chocolate Raspberry is AMAZING!!! My fav so far!! Next time I will eat slower to enjoy the flavor extravaganza!I sure hope they will ship these to my home!Thank you Sublime for making my BD even better!! ❤️ ❤️

Sublime is a really great place to go when u need any type of cake or desert made. There design is outrageously good and so is their cake/desert
These cupcakes were absolutely amazing! Sublime completely blew my expectations away with the design and everyone at the party was so impressed. (Not only with how they looked but how they tasted as well) They were very moist and had amazing flavor. I will definitely be ordering from them again for my next event.

Love Subline Cake Design. When we go out for birthday dinners, we get the mini cupcakes for dessert, they are just the right size for after dinner, simple, easy and delicious. Also, love the variety to choose from. Thank you for being in Redding.

I am so glad I found out about this place, because these are the best cupcakes you'll ever eat. Even 3 days after having the cupcake, they are still moist and delicious. The service was great and fast and no one was in there. The shop is small and there is no place to sit down, but it is a cake shop so therefore most of the time you will probably be there to just pick up anyways. I can't recommend this place enough and will continue to come here more often. If you do plan on getting cupcakes get there early because they do run out fast, I went around noon on my lunch and they only have a few regular size cupcakes, but a ton of small ones.

All the products I've had from here tasted and looked great.Won't be a place I go to regularly as the prices are a bit prohibitive, but not bad for a special occasion.

The talent might be there. However from my experiece keeping appointments, customer service and organization is not. I was given every poor excuse possible instead of owning up ti the mistake or just making it right.Just because you order a custom cake and book the appointment if somthing more interesting comes along a week later you recieve a call saying sorry.

Sooo thankful for Sublime (Wylie) and their staff for creating our wedding desserts. Between the planning, my indecisiveness with cupcake vs cake slices, and overall design, they had so much patience and created exactly what we had in mind. I even had a few picky requests and they did it without even hesitating! We chose Boston Cream cupcakes and Pink Champagne cupcakes and a marble cake with a simple yet elegant design… All flavors were devoured! Forever grateful that we chose sublime to create and also deliver our desserts to our venue at Shasta Lake. You guys rock! I would recommended them over and over again :)

Where she trained her son. Who then became a head baker for Thomas Keller and his wife at the time was the head pastry chef for Thomas. So we grew up with those types of references. We are picky. Thank you for making my daughters 21st special.

Cake was very expensive and tasted like box cake mix, lard icing and the lemon curd was NOT lemon curd it was some kind of chemically tasting yellow store bought jelly. The cake was ordered as a coconut cake but again, tasted like bland white cake with coconut sprinkled on top. The "full sizes" cup cakes were the same. Basically to sum it up, Sublime is going off its reputation for winning on a tv show but in reality, it's cookie cutter cake making. Very disappointing. I could have done better at home.
