When we walked in the one employee seemed to be very overwhelmed, she made a mistake on my sandwich, and I felt bad Saying something because I could tell she was very overwhelmed, and when I let her know about the mistake at the end When she tried to ring me up for the wrong sandwich, she responded with “you were standing right there and watched me make it. Why didn’t you say anything” Instead of offering to possibly remake the sandwich since she put oil and vinegar all over my chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Or even apologize for the mistake, I was instantly met with a horrible attitude. This is my second experience with nothing but horrible customer service, and horrible attitude at this location

The lady that helped us was absolutely rude. Her attitude was terrible and she took it out on our sandwiches because they were terrible. Put so much mayo on my sandwich it ruined the taste of everything else. On top of that, she threw my churros down at me. My kids and I came in to enjoy our favorite sandwiches and she totally took her bad day out on us and ruined our experience here so we will never be returning to this subway.

Closed at 9:30 am and was supposed to be open till 10:00. I know this might sound exaggerated but I work a lot. I rushed to get there and made it before time to close. As soon as I started walking up to the door I saw a young gentleman run to the door and lock it. Then he run to the back of the store. A customer had just walked out with an order as I walked up to the door. He even made a comment saying, "that was rude". I don't understand why they did that but it was very rude. If that's the way customer service works at Subway, I can go somewhere else.

Subway is okay if you have no where else to go, it's way over priced for low quality of food. $13 for a "footlong" is outrageous! Better to go to jersey mikes or any other sandwich shop.
Pros- The kid behind the counter was kind and helpful. The locations cleanliness wasn't to bad.

Went to this Subway location twice.. Both timesService was ridiculously slow..The two persons behind the counter on both visits moved like snails.. Churro and pretzel are actually pretty good for the priceManagement take notes and please make Changes before another store closes in the area.

Seems that they're closed now... But our last visit was uninviting, poor service (that what to you want attitude), and we all ended up sick after. It's pretty hard to screw up a sandwich, and the price... What a joke, but one get one free (but we tripled the price for one). Only getting 2 stars because I've enjoyed subway in the past.
