This is the first place I’ve ever been in my life that doesn’t accept cash. Yes you read that right. This store does not accept cash payments. My only thought is they don’t trust the crackheads working there not to steal it. Can’t say if the other locations in Redding are ran like this but I would avoid this location at all costs.

I've never seen a subway so disorganized in my life. The 2 sandwhich makers were awful.. the things that go on your sandwich were all over the place and the line started at the register which was a first for me. The girl making my sandwhich acted like she couldn't speak, never asked what I wanted on it then when I asked for mayo on me and my daughters sandwhich she put globs (not spreading it) on top of our meats and veggies. It's cute how you pay there BEFORE they make it because had it been the correct way around I wouldn't have paid this time. I really dont want a sloppy backwards not cut, mayo sandwhich. They didnt wrap my sandwhich well or cut it... then stuffed in napkins into the bag. Time to talk to your employees, get it together Subway.

Subs are always great here. I love the BLT and Tuna. Customer service is the best here compared to other subways I've been to. They give good portions and always try to recommend new things. I tried the supreme meats with double meat and it was amazing!

Will not return to this location! They do not accept cash, the service is terrible and they do not practice safe hand hygiene; the guy used the register to place our order, then made our sandwiches with the same gloves. The other guy was picking at his face, then touching food with no gloves! The bread is not fresh, therefore tough. My boyfriend ordered a meatball sandwich and we had to wait 15 minutes for them to microwave the meatballs because they were frozen. When he finally got his sandwich, the meatballs were still cold! The worst Subway experience ever!!!
