Took my client for lunch today. I asked for two 6 inch sandwiches, the lady preparing them may have heard me wrong and she was making two foot longs. I told her i'm sorry I only wanted 6inch. She immediately got snarky with me. After they were made we sat down to eat. She then had the nerve to sit there and talk crap to the guy in charge saying that I was wrong. I yelled at her in front of everyone! I'm not gonna sit there and take that it was disrespectful. I will never eat there again! She was rude if she had something to say she could have waited for us to leave but instead ran her mouth real loud. The man did come up to me and he apologized which was appreciated but I'm still not ok with the way she acted!

I emailed them and still haven’t heard back. It’s been days. They really didn’t make it right. They probably just said to look good on this review.

They cheat you on the meet. They even have the meet section blocked so you can’t see how much they don’t put on. I went up to them with my sandwich and as I showed them, I asked is this all you put on? They said yes and didn’t do anything about it.

Went today (3/22/25) and the women who made the sandwiches did an amazing job and the toppings were fresh. We used a coupon too so it wasn't expensive at all!

Don’t do curbside pickup at this location. They will not know that you are there outside waiting and will not answer their phone either.

update 04/03/24: decided to give this location another chance as they're operating under new ownership now. I placed a mobile order and headed to the store once my order was marked as "READY" in the app. I enter the store and it is not on the pickup counter. I was in a rush and had to wait for the ONE employee to finish making 4 other peoples sandwiches only to find out that their system apparently did not notify them of my mobile order, resulting in me having to wait for it to be made. I was in a rush and this was a major inconvenience for me.

They didn't have any bread and couldn't even serve me other than some flat bread and I came in at 6:30pm. Said they wouldn't have bread for an hour when they close at 8pm. What a joke. ? At least the girls working apologized I guess?

Place is fine and workers are good. Its just the prices that subway has gone to are shocking. Foot long roast beef small drink and chips for $22? Insane.

With local offerings around this place they need to step up their game. I think they are riding on big name. Food was satisfactory and service and service time was poor. In comparison to other sandwich shops around, $15 was way too much.

Walked with my kiddo to this location only to find out that they don't take cash. Huh??? If they're honestly worried they'll get covid over cash transactions then they need to close. This is the only store in redding that doesnt take cash payments. Wonder how much money they lose.
