Ordered my drink, paid with a tip, worker went to make it. Then she came back to tell me they hadn’t made their boba yet (half hour after opening) and it would be 25 minutes until it was done.I requested a refund, which was done, but they kept my tip. I won’t return.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The cafe is pretty, quite spacious, well-kept and inviting. There’s plenty of space to sit with friends to enjoy your food and drinks. They offer dine-in, to-go, online orders and delivery through third-party apps. It’s located right across from Mt Shasta Shopping Mall and next to Panera, so there’s plenty of parking space nearby.I really appreciate and enjoy the quality of their drinks overall. The ratios are always perfect and never taste watered down. I particularly enjoy their Earl Grey milk tea. I add grass jelly topping. Their grass jelly tastes fresh and earthy. The consistency of the milk tea is always perfectly creamy. The earl grey taste stands out yet is smooth.I also like ordering their Elegant Rose Royal Tea from their Specialty line. This one is on the sweeter side, which I don’t mind. It’s worth the wait. I like adding lychee, coconut or rainbow jelly. They are all good.A great classic I enjoy is the Janine milk tea on its own. In my opinion, it calms the tummy while satisfying the sweet cravings.I have not tried their food, but definitely plan to.

Love that they have milk substitute. We got the taro milk tea, earl grey (substitute with oatmilk) and honey peach with popping boba. They were all good. You can even adjust the sweetness. They have a lot of options. I finally found my boba place. I am going to try their noodles next time.

I always love stopping by T4. The drinks range from tea and coffee to smoothies and milkshakes, with all kinds of flavor combinations, including kumquat, which I love but is a rare find. They have my favorite edible floral flavorings like rose, lavender, and jasmine as well. The young gentlemen and ladies who work here are always polite and more than willing to accommodate customization requests, such as half boba or no pork. Even if it is close to closing time, they're always polite and willing to fill your order. The food is always delicious. My personal favorites are the chicken noodle soup, the beef noodle soup, the Vietnamese egg rolls, the pot stickers, and the takoyaki. My mom, brother, and I love this place so much, we stop by as often as we can.

Haven’t been able to find decent bubble tea until today when we found this spot. It’s legit! I got the earl grey milk tea and was surprised by how good it was. The boba’s were perfect, not too hard or too soft. Highly recommend!
