Ordered my drink, paid with a tip, worker went to make it. Then she came back to tell me they hadn’t made their boba yet (half hour after opening) and it would be 25 minutes until it was done.I requested a refund, which was done, but they kept my tip. I won’t return.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The cafe is pretty, quite spacious, well-kept and inviting. There’s plenty of space to sit with friends to enjoy your food and drinks. They offer dine-in, to-go, online orders and delivery through third-party apps. It’s located right across from Mt Shasta Shopping Mall and next to Panera, so there’s plenty of parking space nearby.I really appreciate and enjoy the quality of their drinks overall. Love that they have milk substitute. We got the taro milk tea, earl grey (substitute with oatmilk) and honey peach with popping boba. They were all good. You can even adjust the sweetness. They have a lot of options. I finally found my boba place. I am going to try their noodles next time.
