Absolutely worst service ever. Took so long when there was only 3 cars ahead of mine. When I got up to the window, I got my drinks and I paid for my food and then was sitting in the car for another 15 minutes waiting for the food to come out just for the employee to open up the window and asked me to pay again I told him I already paid and he looked at me like I was crazy and got his manager who then again tried to make me pay and I said I already paid. I have the bank statement if you need to see it, and the other server started yelling my order out to me, which wasn’t even my order while the manager was insisting that I had to pay cause she’s not gonna give away free food. I then again said I already paid that isn’t my order you haven’t given me my food. She finally got her head working and realized I in fact had paid and they made a mistake saying my order was already done. Just can’t believe this is the service they think is okay.

Drive thru has been the slowest experience consistently in the last 10 years of my life. Why am I always waiting 30 minutes or more in line with only 3 cars ahead of me? Don't waste your time....

Ordered 1 meal and 2 items. Asked for sauce they gave me 2 packets even after I asked. Then the meal item was wrong and they forgot one of my items.

It was so cold inside you could see your breath. The employees did bother to say anything to us as their customer. No one cleaned the lobby, we had to wipe our own table. Sad this was the Taco Bell I would always choose to go to. Hope I dont get sick

This location seems to be under new management. After its fresh remodel, juicy pretty busy, but seems like they've got it under control now. However, I didn't get any food because I wasn't hungry and because I was picking up DoorDash orders

Since a recent rebuild, everything really has improved here. Food taste and quality is much better. Staff has always been decent for fast food. Service is fast. And Burger King seems to currently have the best burger for the price in my opinion. Cheaper than every nearby location.

It has been years since I have been to taco bell so me and my girlfriend decided to go. Pulling in the first thing I remember are some of the violent crimes that took place there (not their fault) thinking it's the same taco bell same food fast food. Artificial intelligence begins to take our order lol no human element whatsoever, trying to order extra sauces was like trying to explain to an alligator why its cold blooded....it's not going to comprehend what your saying. I don't want to bash the employees at least their communication skills were understandable. I've always known the tacos were a rip off but really taco bell the small amount of meat you put in the taco it's a joke. I recommend the taco shop, well worth the price, service is awesome and they will load you up. We went there immediately after.

Worth taco bell ever. Staff acts like its social hour having friends come in giving hugs and talking instead of making food. 8 people behind the counter only 1 working and slammed with customers. 40+ minute wait when any other tacobell would have orders out in less than 10 min. To top it off they give away free food to their friends when us paying customers are waiting for our food 🤮 zero stars

This place has longer lines than the dmv! The food was overpriced and gross .I spent $50 so my dog could have a nice dinner .money is so tight these days can't afford to order food that isn't etible!

I have been a dasher and a customer here, yesterday I came into the store as a dasher and the manager was already yelling at another dasher.I asked for my order and he started yelling more, then continued to yell at guests. I ended up having to bring my husband in because I felt unsafe and the yelling escalated. I do not recommend going into this store if you are a dasher at all, and customers unfortunately arent exempt from the yelling either.
