If I could give zero stars I would. I waited over an hour for food that I never received. When I asked for a refund the manager on duty refused until she spoke to her GM. I had to get on the phone with my bank to start filing a dispute for the manager to finally agree to refund me. She supposedly processed the refund which I never received. After almost 2 weeks I called back, spoke to the GM who said she would send me a refund via mail. Again, I never received the refund. It is now almost a month later and no refund. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank, hopefully I will get a refund that way. The order I placed was over $100 so to say I'm unhappy with the service and being lied to by the manager on duty and by the GM is an understatement. The order was placed at their kiosk in the restaurant, not online, not via app so why the mix up. If I could go there personally I would but I live 3hrs away and stopped on the way home from a trip to get a quick dinner for my kids. Also, because I spent so much time dealing with the manager that night I had to miss work which I was not paid for. I wasn't the only customer waiting that night. Everyone who came in after me that placed an order at the kiosk had a problem getting their order. One person had 1 item they ordered and it took half an hour, asking multiple times and asking for a refund as well before they got it. Horrible service!
It's Taco Bell don't expect much. Also if you expect to get a soda from here don't. They water down their soda, Even my kids complain about it. Definitely affects how often our family will visit.

I went to this location and they had a sign and every worker was busy in the back. They said something about a card and what happens to the people that don’t have cards so you get your manager that is so disrespectful to me and I state my case and when I get out, he says I probably have a warrant. Let’s see who takes the bus to work every day. So disrespectful Taco Bell you really need to fire him the manager get in my face one more time and tell me I have you guys closed down just watch

Service is terrible, attitude is worse. If you wanna waste gas by driving around the parking lot back in the drive-through line come on down to Taco Bell where you can get a burrito full of eggs. disgusting.

Uber Eats here! 2 minutes after I made my own order, I got a delivery from here for a customer. I walked in and the entire crew is working as a team. I was greeted immediately and when she went to check on the orders, a second team member asked if I needed anything. Both orders were made efficiently. On my way out, the nice young lady who was taking the drive thru orders, was also cleaning the windows on the doors as she held them open for me. I delivered my customers order first, then went and ate my own, only to find it correct, still warm, and very good! This crew set the bar folks. Thank you to the staff for feeding me and helping ensure my own success tonight!!

Came inside and had about 3 other people I didn’t know come in behind me. We were all paying with cash and none of us wanted to use the Kiosk, especially because the kiosk doesn’t take cash. We stood there for about 5 minutes before someone finally walked up and told us we HAVE to use the kiosk. I told him we are paying with cash and he still refused to help us. I said “so you’re going to just stand there, watch each one of us put in our order, only to then walk over to you and pay you with cash?” - the employee said “Yes” so we all walked out. This is absolutely garbage, lazy, and incompetent service. I have never had a Taco Bell refuse to service people who don’t want to use the Kiosk.

Where’s the beef lol?!?!? Paid 14 bucks for lettuce/ cheese and waited bout 25 mins in the drive through. I know it’s busy but dang if I did this while I plumbed a house we be in trouble. Straight bullshit 2 chulapas shells and 1 taco shell. Guess Taco Bell gotta make that money back

I was so hungry after 3 tacos I went to a local taco shop,ordered 4 tacos,one of the tacos had more meat than all 3 taco bell tacos!! THE BILL WAS $5.49!!!!
I am a teenager from the 70s where when taco bell had a taco for 25 cents and you got full on 1 or 2.

This is my favorite Taco Bell in town, honestly. They've always been the most efficient and accurate, and they're right across from the movie theater so it makes a fantastic before or after movie meal.

The customer service here is just the best! The man who always waits on us is friendly and even calls us by our names when we leave! He really made eating there a fun experience!
