Absolutely disappointing experience. They never pick up the phone, which makes it impossible to fix issues. My order was missing items, and the food that did arrive was messed up and poorly made. This isn’t a one-time mistake it feels careless and unprofessional. If you’re paying full price, you should at least get what you ordered. Very frustrating and not worth the hassle.

The nighttime staff here is absolutely the best! Even though they didn't have coffee available, they went above and beyond and hooked me up with a free taco reward AND a free slushie. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Super friendly, fast, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. This location has earned my respect-I'll definitely be coming back again. Above and beyond service every time!

Saw an amazing worker on the floor, she was incredibly helpful answering questions and helping assist anyone who seemed confused. She was constantly on her feet and was never still! Thank you for your hard work!

WENT TO TACO BELL YESTERDAY AFTER SHOPPING AT WINCO, DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE DRIVING THOUGH THIER DRIVE THOUGH. SO I WENT IN TO ORDER, PERSON INFORMED ME I HAD TO ORDER THOUGH THE MACHINE. I DON'T DO SELF SERVE, I SAID HELL I DO AND LEFT. THE PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER CHASED ME OUT OF THE STORE AND INFORMED ME TO NEVER RETURN TO HIS STORE.
I APOLOGIZE FOR USING THAT WORD BUT I FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE GIVING MY ORDER TO A PERSON THEN A MACHINE.

The nighttime staff is judgmental and rude! I go there a few times a week as I also work evenings/nights, and sometimes I just want something quick on my way home. EVERY TIME I get teased and ridiculed about my order, which is usually the same thing each time. Sometimes I’ll add a drink, sometimes not, and when I don’t? “What no drink this time?” Or if I happen to order something different “oh wow you changed your order”. I don’t spend my money there to be ridiculed and judged

All I wanted was an iced coffee, it was up on the menu, but not on the stupid kiosk that you now have to order through. My supervisor had to get assistance in order to complete his order due to the meal option not actually giving him a drink with it. All in all not great. Will not eat at any place that relies on kiosks as the only means of making an order.

Stopped in after fireworks. Line was long, but I figured we would be good as the lines were long everywhere at that time. Took just over an hour to place our order and get the food! Why??? We sat waiting longer than anything. Once the order was placed, we moved quickly as it should have been to start. Two cars in front of me left, and idk how many from behind. I was so sleepy that I almost left myself. But the kids wanted Taco Bell to wrap up the fun night. Thank god the food was fresh and hot!!!

I waited over an hour in a very long Drive-Thru line late at night. When I finally got up to the window they almost gave me someone else's food. And the food they gave me was sitting on a shelf for a prolonged amount of time and was cold.
