Clean and respectful. The chip bar vegetables was fresh but the chips were not. Quesadilla was soggy and way overpriced for everything. But the street tacos were delicious but you only get two. And very little extras on the side. The fajitas were good but overall not worth the price. Definitely recommend if not so expensive and the quesadilla wasn't so soggy was even properly fried it seemed like. Will not be going back. But on the plus side the people were respectful and it was clean.

Fabulous food. Quesabrilla was fantastic. Good quality food for a taqueria in Redding. Prices are good. Definetly recommend.

Ok, it's over, the search is over. This is the BEST mexican food I found since I moved up north from San Diego. I live an hour and a half from this place and EVERTIME I drive near here I'm stopping.

The chips are made fresh in the store, they are perfect. The salsa bar is crazy good, multiple green salsa formats, a pineapple Pico de Gallo is really nice, and the Habanero is not too hot (most likely for us who can't eat a ghost pepper). This time I decided to do the tacos, all of them. I ordered one of each, the mexicana is like a street taco. I've been to Mexico and Tijuana and these are exactly like them, fantastic. The super soft taco was good, large portion, and the shredded lettuce overflows lending to a couple tortilla chips to clean up the plate. The birria was great, cooked perfectly and the dip was juice from the cooking of the meat like an aus just for a taco. My favorite was the crunchy taco, it held together well but had a great crunch, the shell was perfect and the portions were on point.

I love this place so much I couldn't help but allow myself to go a lil piggie. I got back in line and ordered two Mexicana tacos to try the shredded chicken and pork meats. The shredded pork beats the chicken hands down.

I don't think you can order wrong here, it's all FIRE!!! If you live near this restaurant you are lucky, I have to drive an hour and a half but it's totally worth it.

I had high hopes, but this place was a let down. My chile verde tacos were dry. How does that even happen? Lengua was tasteless, albeit moist. Pastor was dry and scraggly? What’s going on here?

The salsa bar was good and well stocked with some mighty tasty salsas. And free chips are a very nice complimentary item. I feel like I would have been better off just making a meal out of that since everything I actually paid for was a let down.

This place has the best Mexican food that I have had in ages! There is the most amazing self-serve salsa bar with hot chips and a large variety of choices, including their sauteed or roasted jalapeños which were out of this world! I went to the counter to ask them how they made the peppers so sweet & flavorful. They gladly shared their secret with me - so now I know but I won't tell ;D I ordered 2 crispy carnitas tacos with rice & beans, and my sweetie ordered a carnitas plate and two Coronas. The plates were large and filled with delicious food... we had to get a take-away box when we left. We live in Yreka but come to Redding often for doctor appointments. I can't wait to come back again to my new favorite Taqueria!

This is the fastest a best authentic Mexican food in town… went one day and have went everyday after… the salsa bar is top tier… everything is top tier… atmosphere is amazing.. I’m excited to try everything on the menu!!! The tacos have amazing flavor…the salsa bar has different types of salsa along with limes, oranges, pineapple salsa, salsa, grilled onions, grilled jalepenos, sliced radishes, along with I think 4 other sauces ranging from mild to spicy!!! Home made tortilla chips!!! All self serve. I Had my boyfriend try them out and he went back 3 times in one day… 2 times the next day… my kids loved the tacos too…. So glad I gave this place a try!!! I regret not trying them sooner!!! The prices are pretty low compared to other restaurants!!! This place has mr. Taco and super burrito beat!!! On flavor!! And prices!!!
