Taqueria Dos Amigos

This restaurant is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Redding. Coming from Seattle we were rather spoiled. It took a long time to find a Mexican restaurant with great taste and a friendly contemporary atmosphere with true Mexican vibes. Love it here

Chimichanga tastes good, not over fried.
Jalapenos in the self service area tastes also good (not too salty).
Overall, the food is good, and the staff are very friendly and wear smiles all the time. The dining environment is clean.
The only food not too impressed is probably enchilada.

I absolutely love this Taco shop. I always get the same thing, the carnitas tacos with cheese. Great pricing as well.

Great authentic Mexican food. Cashier offered recommendations and were on point. Service is taken at counter and served at your table. Highly recommend.

Overrated. Overpriced. Fake Taqueria. Food came out pretty fast. You're a sucker if you come here. More expensive than a restaurant. Hard, loud metal chairs. They do have a few TVs with sports. Rip-off. Mediocre portions for how expensive it was. There's other taquerias in town that are way better than this one. I feel like they're laughing at us from behind the counter because of how much they charge. Food tasted decent, but I couldn't enjoy it because I felt like I just got scammed. Bamboozled. Yeah, their salsa bar was pretty good...but that's it.

Food is pretty bland for the price. Ordered the quesabirria tacos and the tortillas were dry, consommé was very bland as well. No onions or cilantro, just meat & cheese. Other mexican restaurants do it better. Go here if you need it in less than 10 minutes.

ate at this place a little over a year ago and was super excited to I had thr quesabirria tacos it was delicious and clean and friendly I ate here again on 12/6 and walked in was excited cause I was craving quesa biriani tacos and ordered the 3 plate w8th a side of refried beans..I HAVE TO SAY THAT WAS THE GROSSEST REFRIED BEANS EVER I Itried to dr then up with salsa but I could tell the salsa all of them.were old they tasted old.and looked old oh except for the avocado salsa tasted fresh it was good.

The food was alright but great service and only restaurant we could find open on Thanksgiving. They have an amazing salsa bar and the service was great.
