Had the Smashburger today. Oh my! First bite had my eyes wide and my taste buds in heaven. The sauce was incredible! I believe it was called the Scarface sauce. Mmmm! Yum! Do yourself a solid and go try this burger!

Tonight we got to try this venue out at their food truck location downtown at The Park. Honestly, this may have been the best smash burger I've had this side of the Rocky Mountains. Now their menu changes regularly so when you go they may have something completely different that week but I am betting, like us, you will not be disappointed. As my son said, "this burger is bomb!!!"

Let me tell you all. I met the owner/chef, awesome guy, super nice and supports vetrans. The food--- holy sh#$, the best burgers I have had in 20 years. I'm going back as soon as I can. His menu changes every 2 weeks, so I will be there every other week. lol. 100% recommend.

If you haven't been here since their opening about 3 months ago, GO NOW. The menu changes every two weeks. So, you'll see me every 2 weeks if not more often.
The food is delicious. So many amazing items to choose from. I went 2 days in a row to try to different dishes.

We were pleasantly surprised upon our visit for lunch the other day. Always great atmosphere with dining at an airport, but the food has jumped up another level. We will be back again for one of the chefs specialty sandwiches.
