The Habit Burger Grill

Ordered food. Nothing was right, got like 5 fries in my fries. A whole extra order of chicken nuggets, they're not doing anything right they didn't give me my sauces the only thing they got right out of the many things I've ordered was my Sunday. Thank God.

Sauces all have seed oil. Good place to go if you want a lot of inclination!

The Habit Burger Grill is by far the best place in Redding, California for a delicious hamburger and sweet potato fries. Their green beans are amazing as well. It has a special place in my heart as I lived in Santa Barbara for eight years, and that’s where this place started. Redding is lucky to have it. Their fearless leader, Georgia, is kind, respectful, and can help customize anything you like. Do yourself a favor and try this magical food today. And the MasterChef Faleesha deserves a raise.

So I don't want to start off with negative feedback as I like the Habit. The staff are always respectful and helpful. Food is ready at a reasonable time. And for the most part, fresh. The first thing I kinda struggled with was being asked to tip. I think we need to remind ourselves that this is a fast food restaurant like Burger King or McDonalds. They do the same exact job. Food quality has nothing to do with it. The other thing is my meal. This is the second time my meal was not up to the Habit standard. When I grabbed my hamburger, right off the bat, I was like, why is it so hard? The buns were stale. I took a bite. Stale. Not to mention, what I wanted on the burger was not on the burger. Again, I love this place. I just worry it will end up like other great places where they cut corners over profits. Pay your staff what they are worth, and stop trying to pawn tips of customers. And due quality checks from time to time. Thanks

Had a service fee I didn't know about.

The food was good. Always is. Just didn't look anything like the pictures they use to entice you with. We used coupons, and that was not received well.
The atmosphere is to be expected, loud, and busy. We took our food to go.
