Ordered carside delivery. Waited 30 mins after it said the order was "ready". Order never came out. Finally got tired of waiting, went inside and was given my order that was just sitting there for 30 minutes. Cold, late, disappointing food. Tried calling store but they have no direct number, just some national hotline that said there was nothing they could do.

Tonight was our first time eating there, and it was AMAZING! the manager George gave the absolute best service I have had in such a long time. My ceaser salad with ahi tuna was delicious and my husband loved his portobello burger, the green bean fries and shake. My kiddo said best cookie and cream milkshake ever ? We definitely will be going back! A big thank you to the team working tonight. Everyone had a smile on their face and was friendly ❤️

I always get the feeling they care about your food and how you enjoy it. They have good prices and decent food. The refrigerator was down, so there were no salads available.The service was great. There's an outside seating area. We ordered a lettuce wrap burger since we are gluten-free. They did a great wrap. My onions slid out, so my burger wasn't great, but then I found the onion cheesy paper, it was super yummy. Wish it stayed on my burger.

I hardly ever order for delivery but am disabled and didn't want to go out in the cold so when I saw the delivery option on their site I selected it. I don't know why it took 40 minutes to go the ten minute drive but of course food arrived cold and not even possibly to heat fries since they were over cooked to begin with. Anyway, it was a good reminder why I don't order food delivered. But what got me is the girl at the door said, whoops, they forgot to give me your Sundae. Well, somewhere in there I would think it's the driver's responsibility also to make sure they have everything they need. Jessica from DoorDash did not offer to return my tip, had to call them or to do anything she just told me I needed to call them. Well, here's why the bad review. When you call the habit store in Redding, no one answers the phone. When I finally did get someone at the customer service center that is out of the area and there is no way to contact the store, so any complaint has to go online or you have to drive to the store. I was so angry by this time that I almost did drive to the store, but again I'm in my pajamas and not feeling well. So I did the only thing there is to do these days, took my complaint to the Internet, and we'll see what they do. As far as DoorDash goes, I guess that's who they used to deliver but I did not have an order in DoorDash, so I waited to try to talk to a virtual agent and that got me 20 minutes of waiting and I got nowhere. Never again.

Very nice location. Easy to get to. Food is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and delicious. If you want a homemade fresh burger or really great salad, this is the place. Prices are excellent as well. I recommend the chicken caesar salad. I put teriyaki sauce on top, mix it up, and it's sooooooo good!
