These are the best pretzels, warm, fresh, dripping with butter and salt, drool!!! I go here every chance I get to town. Addicting and down right delicious. Very nice and welcoming customer service, good conversation. Order the three pack at least, trust me. I'd have a photo, but always forget to take one, until I get done shoveling dynamite food in my mouth, lick my salty fingers, and sigh in relief. That's when I go, oh yeah, picture...

We have only been once so far so will upgrade to a 5 star in the future if it becomes a favorite as from what we ate yummmm me and my kids very much enjoyed their soft pretzels and some of the cheese bites , they are fresh and home made definitely worth trying

You may remember this place as being inside the Mt. Shasta Mall for many years, until a subpar/overpriced pretzel chain weaseled its way in, forcing these far superior pretzel-meisters to move on (Big mistake, MSM!). Thankfully, they're still very much in business, just a bit harder to find, located in a drive-through kiosk right next door to the IHOP on Hilltop Drive. Definitely worth seeking out, though, if you love fresh-baked...
