Tio Nate’s Taqueria in beautiful Redding, California, serves the best quesabirria tacos I’ve ever had in my life. The flavors are out of this world, and the spicy salsa is absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu.
Out of all the places in Redding that serve Mexican food, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavor.
Tio Nate himself is a class act and a genuinely great guy, which makes supporting this local business even better. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

On Wednesdays, they’re usually on Bechelli near Hartnell, and you can check out their Instagram and Facebook pages to see where they’ll be each day of the week. They’re also on DoorDash, and while I was there, I saw tons of orders being picked up, a good sign that people know how good this place really is.

Tio Nate’s was soooooo delicious. We worked with Nate on arranging a private event for our company. Not only was the food absolutely amazing but the customer service was top notch. Nate is beyond kind, friendly and just so easy to work with. Everyone can’t stop raving about how much they loved the food. I can honestly say we will definitely use Tio Nate’s again for an event and would go to any pop up place he may be next. If you’re doing an event, I highly recommend using Tio Nate’s!!!!

1st time visit. Ordered a burrito bowl which is supposed to have beans cheese, sour cream and guacamole on it. None of which I got. Other order was a dried up quesodilla with hardly any meat in it. Probably won't be back.
