I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich. When I got home I found that there was no meat in my sandwich. The service was good. The staff was friendly but unfortunately they are lacking on the actual sandwich making.

Stopped by Togo's today for a sandwich The owner Rick was helpful and very kind I'm legally blind and couldn't read the menu. Rick was happy to ask me what I was wanting and I was able to get my sandwich exactly how I like it Such excellent customer service The sandwiches were so delicious Bread was fresh as were the veggies I got a California turkey sandwich and it was delicious thank you so much Rick for making us a wonderful lunch we will definitely be back
I had read a few previous reviews that weren't that great and I'm not sure what they were talking about I had a great experience excellent customer service and my sandwich was top notch. I will be a frequent customer after the yummy sandwich I had today So good

I was greeted, waited for the girl to finish making sandwiches, but I was skipped. She asked me to hold on, so I was looking over the menu, then 2 ladies came in and she took there order. I waited a few minutes before they got there, but I wasn't even acknowledged then. I was the only one waiting to order until they came in. Kinda hurt my feelings. Oh well.

I want to include something that they could work on, but I'm struggling to define that. Had the Triple Dip which is a meal and a half. We did request the turkey be taken off one and replaced with bacon. The turkey was not removed, but bacon was added to both. Bacon is apparently a must add!Also had an Italian, might have been better than the Triple Dip. The lone guy behind the counter was friendly, helpful, and working his butt off! The place was not very busy when we went and the atmosphere was quiet, bright, clean, and inviting. Despite the missed modification, we will be back!
Parking: It's a bigger strip mall kinda thing and there wasn't really any close parking. Redding parking lots seem to strive to make entry, exit, and parking as difficult as possible.

Best sandwich ever! Took me way back to high school. The owner’s are great too and actually making the sandwich’s. We are lucky to have a TOGO’s in the area. Get the LARGE Pastrami Cheese Steak. If you don’t like it, bill me. Yeah baby! Throw some support Redding.
