Waited just over an hour and a half for food to be prepared while our door dasher sat there. Ordered 3 sushi dishes, soup and an order of noodles. The soup was missing. There was no soy sauce included in delivery. The rice tasted like it was a day old. The noodles were good. Been eating there for about 4 years. Highly doubt we'll be back after tonight. Spent around $80 before added fees.

Very expensive for mediocre quality. Spent 150 dollars for me and my wife. I have most certainly had better for well under 100 at other places. Im not from the area just passing thru. California pricing never fails to amaze me even compared to Newyork city.

I have been a loyal customer here for over 10 years now, I’m disappointed in the quality of the staff over the last five years. The wait times have gotten outrageous. They say 30 minutes, but I show up at 35 minutes and I still have to wait 20 minutes in their “lobby“ to get our food. Most of the time it’s correct sometimes it tastes a little different but they’re pretty spot on for the most part. And since they have what we like, we keep going back.
However, the continued poor Wait times, calling an hour before they close to put in a to go order and then refusing service, and the cleanliness has been disappointing.
I went to stop for a quick lunch today and as I’m finishing up, my sushi roll, a cockroach goes crawling across the bar and all over the utensils that they use to make the sushi. I pointed out to the sushi chef who just looks and apologizes for it then continues going on and making the sushi. Nothing was changed out, nothing was cleaned, and no one really seemed to care. I was instantly sick to my stomach because it was quite clear that this is a common occurrence. And although I understand that bugs are common in the restaurant industry, for them to be crawling around in the daytime is just unacceptable, and the lack of acknowledgment or cleanliness right in front of my eyes, with no remorse was appalling. Then continuing to use the utensils. After being a 10 year loyal customer, I will never eat here again, and enough is enough.
