The drinks were so good, the sweet girls that work there insured me that if I didn’t love what I ordered they would make me something new. They are very polite and reassuring when it comes to how good the drinks were. Id definitely say this is the best place in town for boba. Its in a convenient location. The drinks are refreshing and they make you feel so welcome. I only wish they had redbulls! It would be a perfect thing to add to this shop. Overall my experiences there have been wonderful. Gave them a $20 tip for showing so much kindness to my daughter and I. 20/10 do recommend!

Best boba shop in town! The girls there working are super sweet, and always check to make sure everything is to your liking. If they happen to mistakenly make the wrong drink they will completely redo it for you! Although they are my favorite place in redding to visit, i really with they carried redbulls i just know they’re Wowee Lemonade would be 10x better as a blended redbull. Make sure to drop them a tip if you do go! Amazing Customer Service ladys!

Was asked for a cash tip before even having our orders taken. Figured maybe the young gal needed The extra money for something so I threw my couple of dollars in change in the jar after ordering 3 drinks. My daughter realized right away she forgot to tell her that her drink was blended. So before she got started, we asked if she could make that 1 blended too, she told us no That's an additional 1$ charge, so I offered to pay the additional charge and she told us no that she had no way to ring us up for the additional charge confused by this as the drinks haven't been made yet and I'm offering her additional money, I said Would you mind blending it when you blend our other drinks? I was told no I can't I'm watched on camera by my boss like as if i was asking her to do something wrong after offering her additional money and tipping her per her cash tip request. We just took our drinks & left but Honestly I expected high prices and was willing to pay additional fees and asked before the drinks were made....What has happened to our customer service, there is some serious teaching and training thats needed at this facility in customer service and Honestly you lost 4 customers we will not be back not that I think this location cares about lost customers. Never again. Way overpriced as it is as one fruit tea came to over $9, and then while ringing me up the worker says "and if you plan to tip we prefer cash." Ridiculous.

The powdered creamer they used in my milk tea wasn't mixed in enough so it was lumpy and the whole thing had a strange grainy texture

I was appalled by the service of one of the workers at this shop! I walked up to order my drink of choice, matcha milk tea with tapioca pearls and this worker asked if I wanted the signature drink. I had no idea what this was but before I got the chance to tell her I didn’t think this was the drink I ordered she interrupted me and asked if that was all then took my money. I waited for my drink for a while till one of the other workers asked me what I ordered and I replied by saying a match milk tea with tapioca pearls. A little bit later a couple more people came to get their drinks but I still hadn’t seen mine till the first worker came over to me and said that this was my drink pointing at a drink that looked nothing like what i had ordered. There was no attempt made to fix my drink or even ask if I wanted to order a different one, she just decided to be rude about the whole situation. I will be returning to this shop, however, I hope to never see her face working there ever again.

Drinks are incredibly overpriced and the sweet girl working the front told me that the workers are underpaid and their tips are stolen by the owner and go to the store. These workers don’t even get checks and all of their money is given under the table. Very shady and illegal activity going on here. Will be reporting them to the labor force. If you do go here, please consider tipping the baristas in cash, they don’t get any of the digital tips you give at checkout. I’d rather go literally anywhere else, don’t waste your time.

My experience was with two gals. Both my drinks were made wrong but I only asked for one to be remade. First gal taking the orders was very sweet and the second gal. Black and white hair, piercings and ear tattoo was very snarky and was like “you need to tell us that before in the future” even though I did order correctly. Definitely won’t be tipping again when she’s working the register.

The tall bald guy is super sweet and understanding. If there is a problem he will try to fix it. Everyone there is super nice and fast. I totally recommend totally tea. Tasty and customizable.
