The reviews were mixed between my husband and myself. I ordered the corn beef hash and thought it needed more flavor but my husband said it was pretty good. I would not order it again and I didn't think it was worth the money! He ordered the linguica and liked it. It had a cute diner atmosphere and the service was really good and fast

On our way to Oregon we stopped in Redding for lunch and found Trendy's on Yelp. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Alma, was very kind. I left my credit card on the table when we left and they were closed by the time I realized it was gone. I called the next day and they said they would hold onto it until we came back by. We stopped yesterday for lunch and they had saved my card for me. Lunch was excellent again and the waitress, I didn't get her name, was a sweetheart. I highly recommend Trendy's!

I got the locomotive omelette. It was just packed full of sausage and cheese, sour cream, cheese avocado,the best omelette I've had in years. The fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing best in town and they're homemade country potatoes out of this world crunchy on the outside but not burnt and wow homemade biscuit even with gravy. They knocked it out of the park on everything not to mention the service was spot on quick and accurate and very pretty waitresses, I would highly recommend this place if you come to redding try and find it it's worth a look oh, and also the outside dining was amazing !

This quaint, under the radar gem offers a wealth of flavor and variety. I had the huevos rancheros which were outstanding! Fresh salsa verde, avocados, and chorizo tasted incredible. Top that with perfectly cooked eggs made for a great breakfast.My daughter tried the sweet cream pancakes and the panko french toast. She loved both of them. The french toast was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, again the flavor was great. The pancakes were large and flavorful. They squeeze their own orange juice and it too tasted superb.The service was quick and friendly, always offering a coffee refill or if we needed anything. I will return and recommend Trendy’s.
