Wow we love Wendy's!!! Today was awesome as usual. They use your name and act like you're valued. Today an employee even opened the restroom for me because I kept forgetting the code so nice!!!
Ordered the bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. The fries were cold and tough so were the chicken nuggets. Only the burger was decent. Ate two fries and threw the rest. Was really disappointed!

Went in to the dining room to order to-go. Store was very clean, everything was stocked, and all the tables were clean. When I approached the counter I was immediately greeted by a cashier and was told of their menu specials. I ordered and paid for my food, and waited only a short time to receive my order. But I think the most impressive part of my visit was the manager, Daniel. He was able to multitask so seamlessly while still able to oversee operations and insure customer satisfaction. Daniel was a very important part of making my experience as good as it was and should be given credit for a great job!

The girl at the window was very rude… I couldn’t see her name tag but she had blonde hair she wears in a bun and way too much red lipstick.. anyway I wasn’t even greeted at the window… my order was a apple pecan salad… my total was $9.11 and I gave her a $10 she sat there and looked at me like I was stupid.. I told her “ I gave you a $10 and it was 9.11 soooo…” she hands me my change, my salad and shuts the window…. No thank you, no smile no nothing… do better Wendy’s
