It's been a while since I'd been to a Wendy's. And the atmosphere in this Wendy's was dismal, to say the least. My daughter and I went in to have a frosty. And other than the frosty tasting the same.The restaurant was very clean. The bathroom wasn't clean and the employees just weren't looking like they were motivated at all.Parking: Parking was fine. The place was pretty emptyWheelchair accessibility: Yeah, I use an electric scooter as my mobility device as I can't walk very good.But they had all the access to accommodate my needs.

Love Wendy's but this location needs to improve on their quality checks, and service.Chicken on top of my salad was so hard I couldn't put a fork through it. It was almost like it was dehydrated chicken.They forgot our hamburgerAlso forgot a straw and spoon.They were not busy and plenty of people working so there should be no excuses, even for a drive thru.

Don't order delivery from this place. They started closing their lobby again forcing people to wait in hour long drive thru lines. Your food will be cold and you won't get a refund. Not worth the hassle and disappointment.

Give that lady her money back! It's against the law to take payment and not give out the goods.The manager needs a refresher course in Consumer Laws. When you decide to make up a new policy, it needs to be clearly posted so all can see. It also only applies when the customer actually receives the paid items.It's called "theft" when you take payment, but refuse a refund when you are out of items.

They say cash is king, and this is literally the definition here.Apple Pay doesn’t work, and they wouldn’t even accept my debit card.I’d say they need to update their system, because this is the third time their system has been messed up.I won’t be going back, which sucks , because I like (liked) Wendy’s.Wouldn’t recommend unless you pay cash.

Shorted us an entire meal except the drink our last visit. I went online and complained and Wendy's corporate response was "Sorry that happened, but we look forward to you spending more money at Wendy's". Will not be returning for a very long time.
