Ordered corn dog and fries. The corn dog had no taste and fries were so greasy and neither were edible! Gross food!!! First time there and it was such a disappointment

'WIENER-CHINTZY' WOULD BE A BETTER MONIKER The standard store bought hot dogs you boil, pan fry or roast on your barbecue grill at home are head-and-shoulders better than anything you'll find on D.W.'s menu—and a heck of a lot cheaper, of course. These are facts that haven't changed in all the years since their inception, and are true now more than ever. And yet they persevere—go figure. As for other menu items, their cheeseburgers are outright garbage—big shocker, huh?—so do avoid them at all costs. But then, I guess what they say about never ordering the chicken at a steakhouse sort of applies to this type of fare as well. The most pleasant surprise: their french fries are actually quite good, on par with McD's in terms of flavor, believe it or not. Another plus, the wait staff were very pleasant and attentive and the facility quite clean; pretty impressive for a low rent fast food chain that's often located in poorer neighborhoods, frankly. In summary, this chain has made its name for pretty much one menu item, and they can't even get that right! Unforgivable. As the old saying goes, “You had one job!”

Food appears to get smaller in size, and of course you know about fast food cost due to state laws. The food tastes as good as fast food can. Sometimes you Jones for a dog or bacon chilli fries. I guess it depends on how hungry you are to part with all the $$$$.

If you like Old-fashioned Chili Cheese Dogs ya gotta give it up to Weinerschnitzels! It's an iconic Chili-Dog that has indulged America for years! Their special recipe Chili is also now available in store to take home as well! I will always be a fan of this place!
