This place is horrible! the chicken wings were so dry and nasty I couldn't even eat 3 of them over priced descusting nasty chicken worst in Redding I'm surprised there still open

Missing 5 ranch and my fries
I ordered a 30 piece meal Saturday night online on my way home from hunting. When we got home we realized there were no fries in the bag and I paid the extra dollar for cheese fries. I was told that if I wanted to come back up in the next 48 hours they would make it up to me and give me fries. I live in Cottonwood and wasnt about to drive 30 minutes for a side. The service and response was trash. I will not be returning and it's too bad because the chicken was pretty good

Food is great as always but the service isn’t always amazing. If you come inside when you’re the only person in there expect to wait for 30-45 minutes. Every time I have came I have waited for 40+ minutes and been the only one in the establishment. Food is great but workers ALWAYS on their phones which makes the wait even longer I would really recommend calling in before you come unless you have 40 minutes to sit inside Wingstop

They can’t even read an order slip correctly, and provided me with subpar food that was disappointing. First time ordering from this location, and it will be my last. I’d rather go out of town to get my wing fix than risk disappointment again.

It was our first time here on a Sunday night because they were opened late. We got there around 9:50pm. We looked at the menu for a bit and saw they had deals on the app. I asked the blonde girl if we can get the 20 wings deal in store, she suggested that we order for pick up, wait for it to be ready, and it will be cheaper. So, we ordered through the app for pick up and waited in the store for our order like she suggested. The ETA said 25-35 minutes. So, we waited and waited. Then checked the app which said the food will be done in 10 more minutes. But, there were already a lot of bags on the shelf and dashers were picking up the order except 1 bag. After time passed, we tried to ask if our order is ready, but no one was available. The blonde girl kept coming to the front to answer phone calls and then left to the back quickly. After 50 minutes of waiting, we finally got the attention of a worker and asked the guy how much longer for our order, he took the bag that was on the shelf that was there for probably 30 minutes already. Which was before the app said it was done and handed it to us. I felt like the blonde girl knew what we were ordering since I asked her about the deal and that we were the only carry out order (not door dash). They could’ve asked our name for the order to look out for it, since they noticed we were the only ones waiting in the lobby for almost an hour. After he handed our bag, he started calling names of the new bags being placed on the shelf (even though no one else was there), insinuating like it’s our fault we didn’t hear my name being called. Food is cold and fries are soggy. It’s just disappointing, no apology, or acknowledgement. Not sure if this is normal interaction, but I’m sure the system would tell you if an order was a pick up order or delivery. I just wish they can have better customer service and help you out.

I have continuously gotten multiple orders of flats with feathers still attached. I had contacted the manager on duty. I could not remember his name. It had been a couple months. When I had went to get my comped chicken flat wings, I was told that they would not honor it due to a 48 hour policy. I was not told of this policy and I was turned away. I have spent a lot of money here, and I am very particular in receiving flats as well as not having multiple feathers in multiple orders. Dan refused me my wings that were supposed to be a comped 10 piece flats.

I visited this Wingstop on a Sunday around 2:30 PM with my girlfriend, and unfortunately the experience left a very negative impression.
When I asked a question while ordering, the cashier responded politely and without issue. However, when my girlfriend (who is not white) asked her a question immediately afterward, the cashier paused, ignored my girlfriend at first, and only answered after she repeated herself; the response from the cashier was noticeably rude. Later, as we were eating in the dining area, we observed the cashier being friendly and even joking with white customers, while the interactions with minority customers were cold and dismissive.
On top of that, the food itself was inconsistent. My garlic parmesan boneless wings were fine, but my girlfriend's bone-in wings were overcooked and unpleasant.
As this was my very first stop at Wingstop, it was a very disappointing experience. In my opinion, the service we received was discriminatory, and the food was inconsistent. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.

Served 4 other guests while I waited for a small order, just for them to leave out half the meal. Waited an hour and a half for 8 little wings. Half of them cold by the time I was able to eat them.
