About Baba’s Hot Chicken

Baba’s Hot Chicken is located inside the Redlands Public Market, a lively food hall in a historic building. The food is amazing, extremely good, excellent, and impressive. The fresh, flavorful fried chicken is juicy, well-seasoned and spiced, crunchy, and addictive. Their chicken sandwiches, including the Mini Baba, are very large and filling, with juicy tenders and soft buns topped with a secret sauce. The Loaded Fries are especially amazing, legit, and packed with flavor; they are crinkle cut fries with chopped chicken, coleslaw, and the signature sauce. The creamy Mac & Cheese is also delicious. Portions are generous.

The staff is very friendly and provides great, incredibly attentive service with a warm welcome. The inside is nicely decorated and clean, with seating shared with the food hall. The only noted downfall is that parking outside can be hard to find. However, this is not a major issue. It is a great spot for delicious chicken sandwiches, Loaded Fries, and Mac & Cheese, and is highly recommended. Many customers state they will definitely be back to try more.
